Great nurses & receptionist. I love them& never had a bad experience at pancare on 15th street

Every single time I call this location, the receptionists’ are rude and not helpful at all.
Why work in healthcare if you’re not wanting to help? Debbie told me that I would have to register as a new patient and appointments were available a month away. I just had appointment a few months back for a pap. Was I not a patient then?
This location is my absolute last resort. The first people you see/talk to shouldn’t be rude.

Had to experience this again with my mother. Terrible front desk and appointment service. Terrible referral coordinator, waiting for months to have the providers and insurance authorization for treatment! Do not recommend. Doctors are good

We have been trying to get in since January 2023. Have new patients forms filled out & sent. On our insurance they are one of 4 places to go. The other 3 has no Dr. NOT ONE person has replied. Not even to say we can't take you. We would be paying. I've called more then I can say, the answering service doesn't even pick up anymore and VM says full. ARE YOU GUYS OPEN? SO I can give up. That would help or better yet do you have Dr.s? Thanks for any help. Praying for help before the holidays

Sure it's nice for a place to be affordable, but I'd rather spend the extra hundred if it means I'm not gonna get bounced from doctor to doctor. Im a private person when it comes to my health, I don't like every person in the building knowing what's going on with me. Aside from that their receptionists are almost always rude and have a bad attitude

Nice Friendly staff, Mostly Busy So There's An Average Wait Time. Walk Ins Are Welcome. The Parking Area Is Always Filled Up. Clean Entrance, Clean Waiting Room, Clean Bathrooms, and the patient rooms are Clean as Well

Im from out of town and i moved here like a year ago, and i called to try to get a woman check up, just to make sure everything was fine.i asked did they take walk ins or appointment she said they do both but they didn’t have the availability for walk ins today “August 18 2023” so i asked could i make an appointment instead, she said “have you been here before” i said no i haven’t …. She well you have to fill out a new patient form, and we won’t be taking any new patient until the end of “october 2023 …. All because i just need a check up and to get looked at.

Staff is busy yet they manage. It is either pretty quick to get seen or not seen at all. Always recommend being there before the doors open.

The Freeport clinic is phenomenal. Unfortunately for me I had to visit twice this week for anaphylaxis and stepping on a screw. All the ladies (front desk, nurse, doc) we so sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable. I was in and out within a half hour both trips. Although I had the best experience I hope to not be back for a while.

I see many Spanish-speaking people who are poorly cared for because they don't have anyone who speaks Spanish at the reception and neither when they call the clinic by phone, and that is very harmful because it limits medical attention and correct diagnoses

This facility does not know how or does not want to prioritize patient care. They go by a first come first serve bases.

This place is the absolute worst when it comes to their front desk staff… not only are they extremely unprofessional and rude, but also extremely racist… would not recommend at all. This place needs to attend their front desk staffing and consider hiring professionals that ACTUALLY know customer service and hospitality.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. All the front desk “ladies” are rude and racists. They treated my family as they were dumb only because they don’t speak english, I do and even I do, they were super rude, they talked to me as they didn’t understand what I was saying when they perfectly did. A lady said that they were trying to reach my grandma over the phone and they couldn’t because she had to confirmed the appointment one day before the appointment (of course in a rude way) Yes, they called her and ONLY because she asked for someone who speaks spanish they hanged up the phone (they have a person who speaks spanish btw). This place needs to have professional staff and not those racists, rude and horrible ladies at the front desk.

PanCare Pharmacy has the friendliest people. They do not compromise quality service for speed, but are quicker than any other pharmacy I have been to. They are the most reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend them. Parking is awful. I can't wait u til their new building is finished.

Really disrespectful staff in scheduling department. Really unprofessional and rude. Never again.

I've been going to this facility for over 6 months. At my appointment today I was told my co-pay was $75. Every other visit has been $25 so of course I'm going to ask about that change in price. They acted like I was being belligerent, when I simply asked a question. So fastforward 25 minutes past my appointment time, I ask if I was checked in. Now they are even more rude with their tone of voice explaining what's going on. Literally I just wanted to be updated on what was happening. I wasn't rude, didn't yell. But I felt like I was getting a lecture on how to wait properly. This isn't the first time I've felt this way at this office. I asked for a refund and canceled all upcoming appointments even tho I really need to figure out what's going on with my body. The Doctors are great. The front area staff is not.

One of the worst places in the entire state of Florida, a lack of respect for the people who are going to be treated there.

It is the place where my primary doctor sees me. Just an observation, we must wait too long to be seen, on average 45 minutes to an hour after the appointment time
