Worst food I’ve eaten in my 10 years since I’ve tried Panda Express. This is supposed to be two orders of Black pepper chicken. Burnt to pulp.

What are your hours? Says you guys close at 9pm on Sundays, but when I went at 8: 40pm I was informed that you guys close at 8: 30pm. Upon asking why it says otherwise online the employee stopped speaking to me on the microphone. Rude employees and also no manager on duty to speak to.

The food is always cold and taste STALE. The only location I've had this problem with: I mean every time I go there!

The food was delicious. Good experience. However, I was disappointed that they no longer had Chicken with string beans.

I have liked this place for years. I don't go to often but everytime I have went I have been 100% satisfied. Food always hot and quick and very good

This location is hit or miss.
I just found a string bean in my broccoli beef.
And the broccoli didn't look the best.
But it was all seasoned well and the white rice was good.

Constantly runs out of food (especially their most popular dishes). The cashiers offer no explanation for the shortage, no apologies, and no discounts or comps to make up for their constant shortages or to provide incentive for return customers. I lose more money taking pickup orders from this location than I earn, and after tonight's fiasco, when it pops up in my delivery app, I will decline the pickups from here on out, and will I ever patronize this establishment as a personal customer.

I called to ask a question because I was curious as to why I couldn’t order orange chicken on the Uber eats app, and the lady on the phone was rude and kept cutting me off and not letting me explain my question and then put me on hold and forgot to get back with me.

Here’s the thing. I like Panda Express so I eat here (When they aren’t out of food) I don’t really understand how or why they run out of their main dishes on a consistent weekly basis? I wish they could do better. Also I wish the service wasn’t so slow in the drive through (with three cars in front of me it took a total of a half hour to complete my transaction the last time I was there). If there way literally any other convenient Chinese place I’d probably go there instead. I guess I’m just waiting on their competition to pop up.please do better guys!
Edit: if the staff wasn’t as nice when they ran out of everything I’d never come back. It seems like the guy there does a good job it’s just like the company can’t supply them for whatever ungodly reason lol

The day i tried to get some food here, i sat in the drive thru while they were very clearly open for about 20 minutes and was completely ignored.the only reason i even sat out there so long is because i was looking for somewhere else to go for dinner.im not likely to try to get food here again.

Service was just slow. Too slow but the food was coming out fresh. They just need more staff. Manager and worker's seemed to be doing their best.

This Panda Express is awful! They never have that menu item that you specifically drove there for and the employees are kids with don't care attitudes.

Food was excellent, place was clean, and great/attentive customer service. Will definitely be eating here more offend!

Was not that good in terms of meat noodles or rice whatsoever so I highly advice money should not be wasted anymore here in my opinion

Great food to be fast food. The shrimp and steak was awesome. Be sure to get there early as they run out of stuff fast.

Food was excellent. This was my first time eating here and I was very highly impressed. Could be a little friendlier on the customer service aspect but the restaurant was clean, food hot and fresh. I'll be back.

The customer facing employees need serious training. I've been there twice and both times they were not as knowledgeable as they should be and get confused easily. There were 5 employees and the wait time was still more than 8 minutes for some customers. It's close to my job but I can't go back it's just not worth it.

Don't rely on opening hours. We arrived there 9: 10 PM on Saturday and it says it should have opened till 9: 30 - but doors were already locked.

Great service. Me and a few friends of mine are regular customers. Not only Jasmine and Miracle are very friendly and helpful, but also they remember our orders. I guess we are way more than just "regular" customers. Thanks Jasmine and Miracle very much. Aaron is also a great guy. He always serves customers with a smile. For a grad student like me, spending time and money for lunch at this place is worth it.

Lot of fat on the chicken. Half of the fountain drinks out of service. Music blasting. Won't come back.
