Panda Express, Miami FL

Placed a large order online, 4 family meals with multiple appetizer/sides. When I went to pick it up, I noticed I only had 19 items when the receipt showed 26 items. I asked one of the employees to confirm all the items were there and ended up having 7 items missing. I had to wait another 10 minutes for two entrees and 3 appetizers and 2 sides to be compiled. Mistakes happen but this was a big oversight. I’ll still come every now and then to get single meals but I’ll relay on another location for my catering needs in the future. My advice to anyone catering, please ensure your order is correct before heading home.

Ok but not great, whenever they want they serve you well, 2 out of 3, good food though but they should cut down on the sweets!

I've now come to this Panda 5 times in the past three weeks and every time there has been no teriyaki chicken. The rice has been stale in three of the occasions and the vegetables are always slimy and soggy. You would think if a particular item is popular management would dictate to make larger portions so they won't run out but they must not care much. I definitely won't be coming back here.

I showed up and they literally had nothing. Every single bowl was empty except for a handful of things that looked old. Waste of time.

Got here at 845PM. Closes at 930PM. Kitchen is already closing and there is no food left. There was nothing for me to order

Staff is super slow, waiting time was around 20 minutes, one staff started helping us and then left to take the trash out, and then came back, in the meantime we were waiting. Disrespectful

Panda sells good food, when they have it.very disappointed after I drove for 30 to eat with My daughter on a special day to find out they were out of chicken. Glad they sell Coke products now

Food in this place is great as always however the staff needs to be more attentive to customers. Everytime I go the line is huge due while the employees are chit chatting and slacking off.

Speedy service and good food, could be a little more generous with their servings like other Panda Expresses I've been to

My friend and I went to Panda Exress today, and it was a disgusting mess. I hope I don't sick. I look forward to eating there sometimes, however the vegetables had a weird slime on it with huge chunks of cabbage. The food does not taste the same. It's very unappetizing to witness the server serve food while dealing with money. That system needs to change. Unfortunately I won't be going back. It's so gross, and unsanitary. The restaurant industry should be mandated to wear gloves and mask
