Panda Express reviews
13This is the fourth time I go there and they do not have teriyaki chicken at all. It is unacceptable.
Worst Panda Express I have ever been to by leaps and bounds.
After waiting in line, we waited at the counter as they were making our food for 25 minutes. No one spoke English except one lady, and we had to repeat ourselves 6 times. The entire Friday night shift had no idea what they were doing. Clear lack of management. There was a fire in the kitchen briefly.
After paying, without our food, We had to wait another ten minutes to get change, and the staff let four people skip ahead and get their food while forgetting us.
Once we finally fought for and received our change, they only gave us half of our food, apparently, they put our food in a doordash order incorrectly and had to remake it. THEN, they were out of almond chicken, so we had to wait even longer, another 20 minutes.
Over an hour after arriving, after coming in famished, we finally sat down to eat.
I took one bite into the almond chicken, and it tasted like someone had poured a whole bottle of soy sauce on it. Almond chicken is sweet and crunchy. I think someone took orange chicken, sprinkled almonds on it, and dumped soy and teriyaki sauce on it. I gagged immediately, threw away the food, and we left. No restaurant has ever made me angry. This one got me really damn close.
Every time I walk in to that restaurant it’s always the same problem. I will wait to be attended and they will just look at you and ignore you when I have to repeatedly ASK to be attended worst location ever. They really don’t care about anyone that walks in
The service at this location is horrible. The staff I dealt with was extremely rude and impatient. There’s a very poor quality of personnel handling the customer service. Used to love this place but things have changed, won’t be coming back to this location.
Panda Express on Flagler Street in Miami is a well managed Panda Express location that has fresh and delicious food that is ready when you need it. I really like the Sesame Chicken here among others tasty menu items. The staff here is very efficient at making sure everything is done quickly and correctly.
Horrible service, waited 15 mins to be serviced while they just stand around. It’s horrible that someone looks at you & ignores you.
Ordered online and my order said it would be ready in 10 min. I showed up within that time and still had to wait an additional 15 min since they had items that weren't even prepared. Customers walking in were ordering faster and getting their food before the online orders. There was little communication between the employees and customers waiting. Really bad experience.
Poor service one of the staff members is very rude.she does not have patience at all. I told the manager and it was like I told the wall.someone needs to talk to the girl. If she does not understand English or have patience work in a fast pace restaurant should not work there at all. I hope this could be improve cause the food is good. Unfortunately is a horrible customer service.
I've always had positive experiences here, even when I have to wait for something to cook the staff is friendly and have good customer service.
BY FAR the worst run Panda I have ever seen. It took over 30 minutes from when I walked in to when I ordered my food. There were only 5 people in front of me. Never again. Don't go here these people are a mess.
Used to love eating here, their new staff has horrible customer service. Extremely rude cashier, I’ll withhold her name for now but she really should be cooking not on the front desk dealing with customers.
I guess panda express isn't as popular here in Miami as other parts of the country. I'm used to a line 10 people long and waiting a bit. This place had 0 line, and as a result, the food was old and dry. I dunno, maybe just the location?
