Panda Express, Winter Garden FL

This location never has anything! Tonight, while I’m the drive through, the person taking my order started off by saying they no longer have orange chicken or teriyaki. I ordered a Kung pow chicken, and the cashier said, oh yeah, we don’t have that either. What a joke.

Arrived there and told it was cash only that day. Staff did not even suggest paying with app. Had to think of it myself and so I left and ordered and then I had to wait for order to be fulfilled. They could have suggested this for me and filled my order. After all, the food is already there. Seems to happen a lot with cash pay only. Who carries cash these days anyway?

I was served the last of the rice which was hard and flavorless. I would give 3 stars if it weren't for the Orange chicken. The server was distracted and kept getting the order wrong. And adding things no one asked for.

I bring my mother here quite often. On my way to the emergency room, my sister, from Georgia and my mom stopped to get 1 entree a piece.
The drive through woman was RUDE! She was short tempered and seems to be miserable in her life!
When we got to the ER, my mom's plate has very little orange chicken and my sister's string bean chicken was string beans with one piece of chicken. The recept was also inside her entree! I am disgusted for them. You have lost 2 people from eating at your restaurant. None of us will ever return.

My orders have never been totally correct using the online feature. Sauces, utensils and things requested have been missing, orders were never ready on time. The last time that I ordered the Power Greens, I got a tennis ball sized bottom core of cabbage and a 6" long hard stalk of kale. Those hard pieces were inedible, and should never have been in the bowl. When ordering online, the "Special Comments" field fails to transfer crucial notes to employees who prepare and pack the orders. My last 4 orders were not totally correct. After my last online order was wrong, I had to go inside to get it fixed, and wait another 20 minutes. I really dislike the upcharge for the Beyond product. The portion is so small as it is. Not going to give this place too many more chances.

First time ordering Panda Express and my surprise was this beef with broccoli! They just forgot the beef. I promise this is the real portion. No meat at all! Terrible!

Worst location ever the guy let me wait 30 minutes and I asked for a sample because I have never tried a male person told us oh we cannot let you taste and if you dont wanna buy you are free to go I hope Panda Express you can see this 3154 daniels rd winter garden the workers act very cheap when comes to customers will never ever go to Panda Expresss anymore such bad bad customer handling I brought my friends visiting from oversees they never tried this and they wanted a sample and the employees were being extremely cheapp.

Panda Express is one of my goto restaurants for fast food. I had the orange chicken and the fire chicken with veggies. I enjoyed my plate. My mom however got the fried rice with 2x chicken and greenbeans. She said it was very dry and she was not expressed as a first time customer. She threw her plate away. They need to bring back the plum sauce*

This restaurant was absolutely awesome! Great service and food is great. Everything is always in stock. I never seen a fast food restruant better then this before except five guys

The Teriyaki Chicken is horrible! It is always undercooked and has no flavor. Chicken has way too much fat. They should try ordering better quality of chicken, especially since they raised there prices.

I used to have lunch there once a week but the meals size is getting more and more small each day. They are cutting down the protein too. Beef and broccoli should be called ONLY BROCCOLI! There is a employee there that I pray not to have her doing my plate. She is the worst. I always need to ask (and pay) for double sided if I want to feel satisfied as I used to feel. I am giving up about that place.

Food is good but employee attitude is a problem. Asked for napkins and was told they are in the bag. They gave me 2. I asked for more and they told me I could come inside and get them myself. Never going back to this location.

Good Chinese at the fast food convenience. This location is fairly easy to get into and easy to get back on the main road. It is also across from the busy shopping areas. Less traffic confusion.

No issue with this place other than no drive thru and not enough staff which is typical these days due to COVID-19. We ended up leaving this time but the previous two visits were amazing.

My daughter ate the sesame chicken. Within hours she was extremely ill with food poisoning. For 3 days & 2 nights she had to sleep on her bathroom floor. Without going into gross detail.she was unable to keep anything in her body, not even water. Both ends. It was terrible. Panda Express will never be consumed by our household again. Found out many others we know have similar stories after eating there.

Extremely disappointed! Ordered the family meal and had chow mein. Over 50% of my chow menu was onions and whatever else they put in there, the box literally smelled like straight onions and the Noodles were dry. The Beijing beef was not crispy like it usually is, it was mushy. I do not recommend

I was ordering food for my family of 5, but they limited what I can order. This is around 1 hour before closing. The reason is, they said, so that other people behind me in the drive-through can order, too. That reasoning was confusing because they don't even know what people behind me will be ordering, and I was a paying customer. So, I left with only 1 order instead of the 4 orders I was going to make.

I was greeted and served very kindly by TK he was so sweet and professional I wish everyone in the world could be as wonderful as he was I was very confused when I walked in the store but he immediately came to help me and got my order taken, you are truly a blessing and keep up the great work you’re appreciated, and I hope this gets you a raise as well!

I ordered the family meal to pick up with the two sides of chowmein and fried rice and once I got home there was two sides of fried rice. I also ordered an entree of broccoli beef and in the WHOLE box there was just 7 small pieces of beef and the rest was broccoli. I pay for the beef not the vegetable. Very unpleasant experience, EXTREMELY disappointed in them.

Not bad but not good, the quality tends to vary a lot depending on the day in time. But, what does one expect when ordering Panda?
