Do not eat here! The food is not fresh! It is all frozen and fried! The chicken is made with different parts of the chicken and then a chemical binder is added! The vegan super greens option is mixed with corn starch! The rice sits in a heater from the night before! All of the sauces are made with tons of sugar!

The food was muahhhhh.
My tummy was full before I even finish the plate. It was honestly good, got my monies worth.

Panda Express has vegetarian and vegan food options. I order the plant based version of the orange chicken. The serving size was fair and the food was good, but if I could make a suggestion to not overcook the plant based nuggets (a little dry). The store was wheelchair accessible and children friendly. Food prepared for quick service was well heated and guarded. The lighting was adequate and customer self serve drink station was fully stocked and clean. Great place to stop for lunch if you’re in the mood for something quick.

I give a star because the food was warmer than usual and the customer service stinks plus my plate was fixed for a child. I can get a plate that sizes for half the price at Publix.

This was My first time this location and decided to order at the drive thru. The individual working the drive thru seemed as if He was in a rush to get done with My order because He kept on asking Me "will this be all" even after I told Him I have another order. He also spoked very low. Everything I ordered was on the screen as well. When I got to the drive thru window another employee took over and didn't even know what I ordered. I had to repeat My entire order again. When I got home one food item was different and instead of a Coke I got a Sprite. I won't be going to this location again after messing up My order and a few bad reviews. That individual should be taken off the drive thru and put up front.

Crazy, Asian woman rushing and didn't complete my order and started to have attitude. Kept saying "long line, long line " and not completing what I wanted and then telling me to get out of line because one of the entrees wasn't ready and told us to go sit down, really? Are you serious? You want my money and what if you forget to give me my entree? This place has poor customer service, always in a hurry. Just left this place and not coming back if that woman is still there.

I refuse to go to this location anymore. The drive thru takes so long even when there's only 3 cars in the lot and only 2-3 cars in the drive thru. Plus the quality for the price you pay now is not worth it anymore.

My biggest complaint is brought on by tonight's experience. Everytime I come to this location I'm told "we don't have white rice". I understand if it's close to closing, but it was only 6: 15pm and they didn't close until 8pm on Sundays. But I've also gone during the day and been told "we don't have white rice". I asked the girl at the window (I want to note I don't want to take this review out on her-potentially the cooking team if anything). She said it takes them 45 minutes (45? !? !? !) to steam the rice at the beginning of the day. (thank god for rice cookers? Takes typically 25 minutes, maybe invest in new one?) If you see your rice getting low you should probably prepare better for a weekend in the town center. But serious there is no excuse for not having white rice with dinner hours still ahead. NEXT, no fountain drinks.again literally 2 hours almost til close and no fountain drinks? "machine isn't working or we don't have any more CO2" would be more understandable but "we not doing fountain drinks" is baffling.

A lot of this is just flagging laziness.
Also stop asking "will that be all" after every ordered item because 1) you cut off what im saying still 2) it makes your business sound impatient.

Everytime I order noodles with my plate I always end up getting a PILE of onions. Barely any noodles at all. It’s quite ridiculous. Please fix the portions of the ingredients you put into the noodles because it’s not even noodles anymore at this point. It’s gross, I don’t want to take a bite of my noodles and it’s a fat lump of onions instead.

Worst food and service I've ever had at Panda. Can't believe they're actually open, but one day.

Want to try the new plant based orange chicken? Too bad they don’t do samples. Only thing I wanted and I couldn’t try it so I left, hope somebody gets some common sense in this company. Covid is 3 years old people.

The food is good but not quite as good as it used to be. Plus the prices have gone up again making the value even less.

Great tasting food. Rachel took personal care of me and my boys. We came in because of the 20% fundraiser to Special Olympics. Thank you for partner ing with our organization.

Everyone seem to be focus on drive thru then customers slim the front. I was watching one of the girls do temp check and didn’t seem she was paying attention to the temps just writing numbers and laughing with co workers kinda scared me cause I have to bECAREful on being safe being prag. I was standing o. The side next to the chow main and mushroom chicken what I wanted and the girl was very rude and told me I had to stand in a certain area that made no science. Customer service wasn’t good and temps need to be paid attention to

My experience at this location with Rachel was the worst experience in my life. Food was good, but her customer service was atrocious and very unprofessional, and she’s the manger surprisingly.

I waited a hour to get my food uber eats. And then my entire order is ice cold. Meat over cooked. Some of the pieces of meat looked like it came out of a syfy movie. I called this location and the person on the phone replys. I cant understand u. Then she hangs up. I love spending 30$ on garbage. My order looked like it came fresh from the dumpster. I felt worse after eating some of this. Ugh.

I was in line there was no one in front of me and no one behind me. The lady decided to rush me anyways and when I finally got a chance to check my order after rushing me out of line she forgot my sauce. How am I supposed to eat this dry chicken?

The only place at St. John’s town center that doesn’t allow you to use cash or make change when you use cash only because the management is lazy. Not sure why you choose to run a food place and be too lazy to get change from a bank. Food is ok but clearly ran by people who shouldn’t be in any sort of food or service industry

Worst location in jax. Too much sauce that makes meat soggy. They know that this has been an issue for the guest but have yet to make any modifications

Don't not order delivery from this place the amount of food was not worth messed up on my order now have to go through hoops to get my order corrected

Nickel and dime the sauces. It’s hidden in the back and you have to ask for each and they give you one.

The rice was also a bit with no flavor
