Panda Express, Largo FL

Every time I order ahead, I get home and my order is wrong. The food is always fresh and delicious, but I get so disappointed almost weekly. Yet I keep going back. Ugh.: (

HORRIBLE food, I would never recommend coming here if you wanted a good meal, this place always has nothing, don’t rely on the workers to serve you either, there is nothing there almost and the people there walk around as if you aren’t there. Only sometimes do they have food, and about the food it is almost never fresh. Wouldn’t recommed! 2.4/10

Truly criminal to charge United States Currency for this food. Most undercooked orange chicken I’ve seen in panda express

This is by far the worst Panda Express I’ve been to. The noodles were dry and flavorless, there was 1 1/2 pieces of chicken in my bowl. The orange chicken felt like it was soaking in water before they served it to me. Soggy and gross. The cabbage in the chow mein was brown and crunchy. Disgusting. Do better.

Came here right before 9 (they close at 9: 30) and the inside was already locked. Went through the drive thru and they only had beef left. There’s still over a half an hour left before closing. This stuff is getting ridiculous, just shut these places down for good if they’re continually going to be giving half way experiences. So frustrating.

Walking up to the door at 8: 45pm when I saw the employee lock the door on me. She looked at me and didn’t unlock it. I looked at the sticker on the window it said the location closed at 9: 30pm 45 minutes earlier the employee closed the door on me.

Came here on Sunday great food and customer service got helped by the one in the black outfit and desmond

Food came dry and not edible. Didn’t get what I asked for and when I called to speak to the manager he said to order something different next time. Basically spent $70 for 4 drinks because that was the only thing right. Very dissatisfied and will not order from them again. If I could have put no stars I would have.

My boys and I are creatures of habit and order the same thing every time we go. So I can attest to 4 meals being consistently delicious. The orange chicken is my youngest son's favorite. So much so that we have made our own version at home. The teriyaki chicken and the broccoli beef are my oldest sons go to meal. He is the pickiest one of the bunch and never strays from food choices. He loves it! My husband always gets general tso's chicken with the spicy sauce and peanuts. And I stick to the mushroom chicken for its mild taste. But i have recently switched to vegetable options with their brown rice options.

All of the staff is so friendly! Special thanks to David-he made our first time experience easy and splendid! Location is clean and well kept, we are regulars from now on

Quickly rectified a small situation, and gave me an extra drink and egg roll so I’ll be back. Food was good too.

They literally just sold me plain chicken when I asked for teriyaki chicken. They said the Seminole location makes it, and they're out when I asked for a side of extra sauce in a cup, not in the packet, they didn't tell me they were selling me plain flavorless chicken. Terrible customer service to boot. I wasted $15 and had to argue with a child. Don't sell plain chicken and call it teriyaki.

Occasionally they will be short on something or be out of a certain food but it's always fresh it's always quick and the customer service is really strong

The greens weren't in broth like they're supposed to be, they were just dry Greens in the pan. It's good that I can get some food there, but all the vegetarian options have been removed. "They were promotion" I'm really tired of vegetarian meals being a short-term item.

Order confirmation said to show up at 5: 59 which I did, the lady at the checkout window said to pull around to front door for 3 minutes while they finished the batch of shrimp, no biggie. After 15 minutes of sitting there I had to move as the other people waiting in the drive thru parking spots were going to back into me. I parked in one of those spots they left and waited another 15 minutes. A gentlemen brought more food out to other cars, I asked him where my food was and he said he would check. After another 5 minutes I went inside and the person I talked to (who happened to be the manager) was just standing at the counter. Asked him again about my food and it was tied up in a bag behind him. Offered me my cold food that was ready 20 minutes ago which I refused. Said he would refund me on my online order which he didn't. Called half a dozen times to get it fixed but noone ever answered the phone. Incompetence to the highest order. There's a ChinaOne in the Publix shopping center near by, go there.

Rice smelled like damp water and the shrimp had no taste first and last time here o and the two cooks where on there break at the same time so i couldnt order fresh food and i was on a hurry!
