Panda Express, Orlando FL

Me and my fiancé was at the drive thru and the the employees was very nasty to us and the food tasted nasty the noodles was dry I know to never visit this place ever again

Terrible service, the staff is terrible at serving, I do not recommend it, look for another panda, this one does not taste good anymore and they serve very badly, bad customer service, the worst.

Can’t speak on the atmosphere, but going off the service, it was lackluster. The man taking the payment didn’t smile, told me my total, took my card, handed my food, and didn’t say anything. The rice and chou mein that I ordered was completely dry. Safe to say I’ll never go to another Panda Express again.

Update ** just actually tasted the food, the whole family did not like it. Ordered the family feast, fried rice, Chou mein, orange chicken, sesame chicken, and Beijing beef. Only thing that was good was the orange chicken and Beijing beef. Two out of five when it comes to food is not good. Noodles were dehydrated, rice dry and cold, sesame chicken was dry. Horrible all around.

My experience today in this place was not pleasant at all, because the treatment of the people on the night shift is TERRIBLE, they should change the staff, since they do not make me want to return, not because of the food, but because of the treatment of the people when thanks to the diner they receive their salary

Due to the inconsistency of portion control based on the guest, I will no longer be coming to this establishment!

This is the most disgusting panda location I have ever been to. The workers don’t wear gloves or hair nets. I found STRANDS of hair in my food, not one plate but 3. The manager seems unfit for the job. Couldn’t hold a 2 second conversation to apologize for the lacking of her supervision. One of the employees proceeded to yell something disrespectful as we walked out of the place. Extremely unprofessional and definitely needs a food and health inspection for the safety of others.

I love that all food is visible. Restaurant was very clean, staff was friendly, constantly working. Everyone was efficient and organized.
Would have liked more sauce with orange chicken to mix in with white rice.

I simply came here to get a meal to head back to the hospital and not only was I met by complete attitude when ordering, when I asked what the portion sizes were after looking at what was on my plate I was met with a stare down with the worker named Kimmy who had no decency to enlighten me that maybe the portions have changed or simply that that’s the only portion they can serve and simply looked at me like I was stupid.

Food was not fresh the last 2 times I ate here, wontons hard, dark, and warm (not hot) like they’d been sitting out. Chicken not crisp just soggy, and customer service is subpar every time. Convenient location but it’s worth it to drive somewhere else.

Less quality, plates pretty empty, and more expensive. No more panda Express for me.at lease at kirkman Rd

Good food. Site a bit dirty and messy. The crew would rather be in their conversation than serve the customer. Much lack of management

I don't have good references, I arrived 30 minutes before closing, the attendant said she couldn't make the dish anymore because it was already over and they wouldn't make it anymore because of the horrible time, my daughter wanted to eat, she just didn't want to!

Panda Express on Metro West Kirkman Road. This location has a drive-thru. Orange chicken is really good. Egg roll was a little dry. Would not recomend the Teriyaki chicken since it has a lot fat and cartilage. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to take our order even though there was nobody in front of us. Nobody acknowledged us while we were waiting to be helped. But once we were helped we felt the staff was very friendly. It is a nice store however some tables needed to be cleaned up and the trash bin was completely full. We visited for dinner within an hour of closing time.

They just don’t care about online orders. They’re serving everyone who just entered the store and disregard all online orders. They also ignore people asking for their orders and give a bad look to customers. Finally after asking multiple times they prepare your order in a bad way. I am not the only one in this situation and is not the first time. Definitely the staff in this store needs to be well trained and have better manners.

If you’re starving, this will suffice. You’ll get more of the rice or noodles but the portion size of the meat is so minimal. You will not get your money’s worth.

This store is quick, efficient, and very friendly. Everyone here has been very nice and professional

It’s Panda Express, and honestly as good as panda ever is. But I want to shout out the crew working on 6/1 at 1: 30. Super busy, line wrapped around the building, an off and on line nearly till the far door and the women working rocked it, I didn’t think to catch names but the woman who was primarily serving the inside guests was so quick and attentive and the woman on register was consistently nice and helpful to everyone that came to her register.

Working at a high volume location can go one of two ways, either you have a solid team that can handle the craziness or you don’t and it falls apart, and this was a solid team.
