I just love Panda Express, so obviously five out of five stars, but I'll add that they had really great service and the food was delicious (as always)

This was my go to restaurant when I didn't want the hassel of cooking. Unfortunately it was either hit or miss with this. But the last order was definitely the last. Not worth the stress.

Been coming here at 9pm for almost 10 years since I moved here, closest thing to island food back home. Never had an incident or complaint until tonight.

Every time I go through the drive through the cashier usually lets me know whats cooked and ready and if anything I need to order isn’t ready, they usually let me know it’s gonna be a short wait so they can cook the food. I usually ALWAYS tell them no problem, I don’t mind waiting and I’ll happily pay for any extra charges.

This night was completely different, the cashier who took my order (wearing the name tag powell, mentioned her name was mohome or something similar, she’s usually polite or was my last 2 visits but I could tell she was angry because I wanted to order food that wasn’t ready yet) was determined to not hear anything I was saying and even more determined to not make anything I ordered, she was extremely rude with me and said she didn’t care that I traveled a whole 45 mins to get there at 9: 21pm for her to say they close at 930pm when I’ve been coming to this place for years knowing they don’t close the drive through or stop making food until closing @10 pm and never had an issue even made some friends at this store, they usually also offer me the option of a discount for the food they do still have hot or just have me wait.

There was none of that, from the moment I pulled up her exact words were, This is all we have we’re closed, I tried to ask her to repeat herself because I had a hard time understanding her, she got short with me and said “DO YOU WANT THE FOOD OR NOT” when I pulled up to the window because she never let me order or talk she pointed at the Sunday store hours on the window sticker showing closed at 930pm and today is Wednesday. Clearly stated Mon-Fri 10am-10pm/Saturday Sunday etc. I’m not mad because she was rude, I’m mad because she works for a company that I’m sure would love to take my money for the food I traveled there for but because she wants to go home early, nobody, not even a paying customer can stop her.

Definitely won’t be going back there while she is on shift ‍️ at least it wasn’t a complete waste but I had company over and was only able to get 3 plates for a group of 5 people. Told myself it happens and to let it go like I always do, but this is a problem.

Never go here waited 20 mins.they close at 10.9 o'clock they tell me they cant serve me after waiting.never go there.

Waited in line for 15 minutes only to play 20 questions to figure out what they do and don't have availae right now. If you only have 3 items going at the moment, then why not start off by telling me that? I was dismissed without an apology and told to have a good day. Guess I won't be coming back here.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced has been at this establishment a simple drive through order and they just will not give me any of that tarkiki/ Mandarin sauce the staff was rude to me talked over me then complained I couldn't be heard and never even asked or got to order a drink with my order. I am so extremely mad about my service I personally will never return.

Usually a 10-20 minute wait because they're always out of something. If it's 2hrs before closing they're usually out of rice and refuse to make more. The past 5 trips up there have been like this, idk what changed. Also most of the employees will only say the total, then take your card and hand you your food in silence. Weird that they don't say "here you go" or something. Feels like the silent treatment from my girlfriend lol.

The food is always fresh. The staff are always welcoming and very quick fulfilling orders. Both the drive through and in store are quick.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this restaurant. Orders are either screwed up, cancelled without your consent, or just not ready. The staff are rude and unapologetic. Corporate needs to look into this location and how it is being run. The worst panda express I've been to (and I've been to many).

Today (2/6/2021) I placed a mobile order at 10: 50am to be ready by 11: 03am. I arrived at 11: 08am and the food was not prepared. They hadn't even started working on my order. I then had to wait until after 11: 20am before I finally got my order. In the meantime, they served many other customers who arrived after me. The staff were rude and did not even offer an apology. They acted as if I was an inconvenience to them. They also gave very little food and forgot to include teriyaki sauce in my teriyaki chicken order.

NOT RECOMENDED. I ordered the orange chicken and asked to have wontons included. The noodles were way too greasy, they didn't taste to anything, and I found a hair on them! My wontons were overcooked and very greasy as well. The chicken was ok. Woke up feeling sick the next day. My boyfriend had something different that what I ordered. He liked his food that night but woke up feeling a little sick. Worst food I had had around Pensacola so far.

I love their beijing beef with noodles or fried rice, either one doesn't matter the meat is fantastic!

Made an online order, came in to the store at the time of pickup, my order didn't even start yet, they just saw the ticket when I pointed it out. Disappointing.

I ordered chow mein, broccoli beef, orange chicken and an additional bowl of orange chicken. The noodles are dry like cardboard in your mouth. The broccoli beef has VERY little portion of actual beef in it. The orange chicken was good and the friend rice was average but decent for fast food Chinese.

The people who work here are very nice & very helpful I've never written a review before but I felt I needed to like I said this place & the people that work here really made my day & put a smile on my face I would recommend this restaurant to anyone

Update:
Recent visit on August 10th, 2018 approximately 1pm to 2pm was terrible.
The server was rude and obnoxious.
Chow mein was dry and I didn't enjoy my entree.

When I asked if she could refill the beef and broccoli, she answered " that it only has 4-5 pieces of beef". All I wanted was "fresh beef and broccoli".

She didn't want to refill some of the empty bowls. SMH.
Dining area was not clean and trash cans overflowing. My last visit to this location.

My fiance and I came in roughly 30 minutes before close on Sunday 7/1/18. We were met with genuine kindness by Jasime "Jazz" behind the counter. She was helpful, letting us know they would cook anything we wanted despite the late hour. All the other workers were working hard as well. The place was also clean. We will definitely return to this location. Jazz deserves a raise for outstanding customer service.

Always nice service. Not the fastest and noticed sometimes we don’t get consistent orders. For example: noodles taste soggy and over cooked, chicken tastes stale

Waited in the drive through line for 23 minutes (there was no way to get out after realizing it was going to take forever). No apologies at the window for the ridiculously long wait. The food? Absolutely tasteless. I’m not exaggerating when I tell you it had 4 pieces of vegetables with 6 tiny pieces of the chewiest steak I’ve ever had. All sitting on a bowl of dry, tasteless rice. I do not understand how this chain stays in business.
