Panda Express, Riverview FL

Portions seem smaller, maybe its my imagination.they no longer have hot sweet n sour. Spring rolls arn't the same with packets. We didn't get any fortune cookies on our visit. Are yall getting rid of those too? The bajing beef was over cooked, tasted burnt and was too chewy.
Better off skipping this location, and go to the bloomingdale location. Infront of Target

I stop by to get me some food 6: 45 pm I checked online to be sure if they will be open, and when I get there the told me they already closed, I'm very disappointed with the online information and they didn't advice they will close earlier.
Today 10/27/23 I came to have a dinner and I order chow mein, and the change the recipe now they put a lot of vegetables and noodles, Panda Express is going down

My family loves Panda Express, its our monthly "take out" but we will never return to this location. The manager was extremely rude, I understand people have bad days but this is the second experience in a row with her being completely unprofessional. Our 2 orders of ragoons also came with no sauce and our daughter's child's meal had uncooked broccoli and one huge uncut chunck of teriyaki chicken. I'm mentioning this because I watched the manager cut an adult's teriyaki chicken inside small slices so why wouldn't she cut for a child? !

What a difference has Ryan and Khuda brought to this location! Attentive, friendly and respectful. We need more of you!

If you want a quick bite to eat or are in a hurry to get something this place is great with a buffet style service. It was busy and still only took a few minutes to get food with a huge variety to choose from. I felt it was slightly expensive and I also appreciate having a server and sitting down to relax. It seems as though they have sit down prices and fast food service. Dependent on what you like and how much time you have you may enjoy this place more. I just really like to sit and eat and enjoy my time with wine and service. Other than that it was good.

Cashier was rude and the food did not taste good. I won’t return. Restaurant seemed clean though.

Our servings had lots of veggies and very little meat, which was mega-chewy & over- cooked. The music was too loud, and they only had sweetened teas (no unsweet). Do yourself a favor and go to your local Chinese restaurant.

The manager (s) needs more training.

I've been here enough to know that their will almost always be a wait on 1 or more items. If the wait happened once, twice, or occasionally whatever. But it's every time.

Also, they put drive thru orders ahead of you if you walk in. You'll see 3 or 4 drive thru orders come n go as you are just standing there trying to order inside.
They are CONSISTENTLY behind on dishes.

If I was the manager, I would always be on the lookout as to what dish is less then half full. Then, I would understand the popularity of it, to estimate when it'll run out. I can then have the, "Cooks" fire up the dishes on time so the place wouldn't always be out of multiple items.

I got the noodles (dry) not done. The pepper steak was very over seasoned. The chicken mushroom was good. Overall it was okay. I will try it again, had to be a bit of a rough day. Just like fast food burger places it seemed drive through was more important than dine in. I had to wait and counted 11 cars go by window before I was even asked what I wanted. I stood at the counter for over 10 min. I guess it was good I was not in a hurry. Sorry but it is the truth.

I stop by to get my lunch and this young lady Ilory was very rude she has no maners and I don't know how she is been assigned to work with customers, she has no respect whatsoever and I have no idea what is her problem but she should not bring her issues to her work place. The other members are working hard and she stays as a cashier with a serious face and been very unprofessional. I would never come back to this place because of her I prefer to drive a little bit farther than been in the restaurant again.

Used to be good, the last two times we ordered takeout the fried rice had a weird smell and taste, won't be going back for a while.

The girls have no sense of urgency, working to go orders instead of those in the dining area. Not good.

Haven’t been in a while but they have a great crew working. They are very busy and the food turnover was fast. It was good seeing an experienced manager working on the line helping with orders. Keep up the great work.

Went in for dinner tonight. Only 1 person ahead of us. We waited 10 minutes for someone to help us and nobody came. There were 2 people hanging out in the drive thru and 3 people standing at the register the whole time. The gentleman cooking was very nice and was asking the manager to help. She literally told him no and began belittling the cook. The cook apologized to us for the wait but the manager didnt do anything that help then she disappeared outside to talk on her phone. We left still with no service.

Although there have been some challenges in the past, I have this location another try. Ilori was full of smiles, pleasant, and eager to service me. She was knowledgeable about the products and ingredients included with each entree. Which ensured I was making an informed decision. My food was fresh and the Customer Service from Ilori was superb. Thank you for turning things around ILori.
