Panda Express, Orlando FL

Staff was overwhelmed due to their work space being flooded but were helpful and attentive to me when I came in to pick up multiple different orders. Wish their organization treated them better,

They didn’t skimp out on anything I ordered which I have heard of other locations doing.

Don’t ever waste ur time here the employees are the worst it’s sad how the food service is here terrible!

Stood here for 15 mins and would not help us until the helped door dash people that came in after me, and then one guy said he works in back and won't help me, but helps door dash

Worst place for customer service. I ordered my meal and I was charged extra for a small order. I addressed the situation politely unfortunately, the girl in the drive-through did not acknowledged her mistake and was unapologetic. She proceeded to give me a refund however she did not acknowledge her mistake. The cashier did the thinking for her got the change wrong. Talk about bad customer service. She definitely ruined the experience for me. I will not come here ever. It was over priced Chinese food. I will never recommend going to the drive-through. They should just order inside to prevent the same situation happening. One star. So dissatisfied.

Best Chinese food ever!
A great option for good and cheap food in Orlando. We were in Orlando in October 2023, and we went to Panda twice.
There are a variety of combination options for rice or pasta. I loved the spicy shrimp and the chicken in orange sauce.
There are a variety of drink options too, including free soda.
Very worth the visit.

I did a mobile app in order on the app. It was supposed to be ready at 6: 15. Got there around 6: 20 order wasn’t ready yet.

I love Panda Express for the food but man they are horrible when It comes to ordering from them from uber eats the rice and chow mein was stale and I literally doubled ordered the broccoli beef for my plate and it literally didn't even have not one piece of steak in my plate when it arrived

They were out of super veggies so they write my order on container which included chicken teriyaki and charge me for meal, I sit and wait and watch an entire line of people order and pay even though the super veggies was already ready, then they proceed to toss my already paid for container to the side, I tell them hey that’s my container and then they tell me I have to wait 30 min for tereyaki even thou it was there before the line of people ordered it, very incompetent staff.

This location always has a problem to where the meats are always available. They wait till the last second for them running out of something to then start making more. This allows for super long lines and wait times. Awful.

Good service, clean areas, very good food. I recommend it. It was my first experience eating at Panda Express

We were looking for something quick. However it ended up being about 30 minutes for us to get our food. I have to give credit to the people that were attempting to work. But they seemed stress, tired and over it. Food was ok even when we got it fresh.

Yesterday I went to try the food at Panda for the first time. And stop by the Drive-thru. The girl who served me was very rude, since I asked her about something on the menu and her answer was “all the time you were there and you don't know what to order”. It seems to me a lack of respect since his duty is to help me and give me options. I wasn't going to steal, I was going to buy. The girl is Puerto Rican, that's the only thing I know because I didn't ask her name. So, very very bad attention from her. Please Manager or managers of this panda, try to educate your workers. Thank you!

The staff was nice enough

and I did like the crab Rangoon but my beef n broccoli and chow mein were so greasy and oily - I'm not expecting it to be amazing from panda but it was so bad hahah would not get again

Everything fresh and the girl that took care of us she is just awesome Dayanara, thamx to her and the freshness of everything I definitely recommend this place to eat

We were the only guest waiting to order but no one attempted to assist or even acknowledge our presence. My brother in law asked if anyone was going to assist us. 2 of the 3 employees looked at him as if he was from out of space. Finally the 3rd employee apologized & told us he would be glad to help us. Customer service training is desperately needed at this location.

Worse service possible. Pay attention to your customers. I waited 15 minutes to be taken care of. I was clearly seen and yet I was skipped and they acted like if it was just fine. So when it was my turn there no longer any rice or chicken teriyaki and I had to wait once more for food to be ready. I will never be back to this place again.
