Loved the customer service here! I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was extremely friendly. The installer and helpers that assisted me with my kitchen did an excellent job:) I even was constantly reminded and given the necessary help whenever I needed it. Recommend this place 5/5 experience!

Waited 20 minutes to talk to someone. Was told we were next. “Appointment” came in, they went before us. Told we were next then another person shows and they take them instead. We walked out

Definitely one of the best customer services experience received while purchasing my kitchen. I got constant updates on whether my cabinets were available and when I could pick them up.

Don’t come here and if you have to come here for budgeting reasons don’t go to Alex. He’s a mess. Unorganized and will sell you the wrong items which in turn will take longer to receive your items which delays your Reno. He sold me an item (the wrong one) which I had to wait for the item to come back in stock. He told me he would give me a call when it’s ready to be picked up and gave me a two week time frame. I had to personally go to the store to get an update on week 3 to find out my items were available days earlier. Then when I go to pick up my items I realized it was the wrong size. When I brought it to Alex attention he said I you gave me the wrong info it’s your fault and had to order the correct item.now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks. This place is trash.make sure you guys are on your P’s and Q’s here

Horrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this place! They up charge you for their cheap faulty parts. Save your time and money and avoid the mistake we made.

If you can't tell me how much a box of wood costs, there's something seriously wrong at your store.

Asked for a rough estimate for 10x10 RTA kitchen cabinets to an unknown rep by phone. His response was that he was busy with another customer and I need to make an appointment.

Dear consumers, please do NOT purchase from Panda. Reasons are as follows; super low quality cabinets and you will have to fight to get what you paid in full for. They do not deliver what they say they will and in my case, had part of the cabinets ready 2 weeks after they promised and confirmed and we were missing two major cabinets that we paid for. So we had to be a squeaky wheel and had to fight to get our missing items and they arrived over 4 weeks late. The installer that reps Panda, Gonzalo Lair, was absolutely unprofessional and terrible. He made commitments he did not meet and did not communicate any of the changes in schedule and timing that he ran into. He literally quit the job, stating he was not able to finish it. This is clearly because he was set to do one thing and one thing only, sell us the Panda cabinets. We already had quotes from other contractors for cabinets and also from Home Depot and he promised a better kitchen quality. It seems he is selling Panda kitchen cabinets and has no care or interest if they get installed and correctly. Though he fronts himself as a kitchen design planner and contractor that will do all the work. That is not the case. Sadly, after having other professionals come I to assess and finish Gonzalo's work on the Panda kitchen cabinets, we have had to tear out much and re do. And it will still not be the same and certainly not as good as what I originally had and what the other companies and contractors quoted me. Stay away from this very low quality China cabinet company and more importantly, steer FAR from any of their contractors and any that would use or recommend them. Gonzalo Lair is not to be hired ever. He will lie and take your money and is not to be hired or trusted. Thanks and best of luck!

Letter to panda Oakland Park. 10.01.2018

I order cabinets on September 18th and just reserve it not assembled. And then a week later I just got word that my house has damage and I cannot purchase the cabinets. So I decided to cancel the order they hit me with 10% cancellation fee almost $500 penalty for No reason. I would never set a foot on this location 4350 N. Andrews Ave, Oakland Park. Thanks to the manager “Alexander” with no reason no commonsense just stilling people’s money.

Fantastic‎ kitchen cabinets Ft. Lauderdale. They did a turn key job for us and it went very smoothly. We did find a chip in out stone and they were out the next day to fix it. I am very happy and I will recommend them to all of my friends.

Sometimes it’s hard to find a good kitchen contractor in Sunrise but I think that I was lucky to see how lucky I was when I found panda kitchen! This company is the best at repairing cabinets and all things related to the kitchen. Well, when I hired this company I needed to change many things and the nice crew did their job without any problems. When they finished, they took their things and left everything organized! I recommend this company!

After I decided to change and remodel my kitchen and found the right kitchen company that could that job. Panda kitchen gave me lots of choice for my kitchen cabinets and kitchen countertops. I was very confused about designs for my kitchen but they guided me properly that what will suit my kitchen and I made trust on them. Panda gave me the best result for my kitchen and I loved it. Even my friend circle and family members were also got impressed by their work!

‎I absolutely love my new kitchen and dining area. Panda Kitchen team were great to work with. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Panda was able to work with my budget without compromising on style and functionality.

Staff is nice enough and they send someone out to measure your kitchen space at no charge. But their selection is very limited and much more expensive than most other retailers and cabinet makers.

When remodeling your kitchen cabinets Ft Lauderdale (or any room), the most important element is the relationship you have with the contractor, before and after the job. I found that Bill Reid was exceptional. He had creative ideas, was talented,

RUN AWAY! "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau! Worst experience ever with PANDA KITCHEN & BATH. The sales lady designed the layout of the kitchen wrong and even had a representative come and measure the kitchen before I purchased the cabinets. Due to the complete morons working there they didn't leave enough room to fit my appliances. They then made me buy new cabinets so the appliances would fit and would not even refund me the money for the cabinets sold to me in error. The manager admitted to making a mistake and just laughed at me. Please do yourself a favor and research this company before doing business with them. They receive a "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. The cabinets are made of CHEAP CHINA WOOD and fall apart. RUN AWAY FAST!

The location has horrible customer service. When the person working says "you talk to much and need to listen" you know things are bad. The location is contractor/wholesale and is not meant for customers. They wasted our time by designing and then telling us we cannot keep anything but the estimate and the number of cabinets.

I met Daniel just as a walk in. I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and one of the guys doing work on the remodel suggested Panda. Daniel sat with me immediately and since I had pretty good dimensions already laid out and knew basically what I wanted, I had a drawing and an estimate before I left the store. My cabinet was installed within the time frame I was told and the countertop was installed earlier than the estimate. The price was exactly on target.the install went perfectly and it all looks fantastic. I would certainly recommend Panda and Daniel Gomez at the Pembroke Pines store. Very professional and prompt. I couldn't be happier.
