It was very unique experience. The staff is very professional and incredibly helpful. I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting area. Doctor Pando was very professional and help me to understand my problems. His knowledges and his incredible ability to communicate with me surprised me. I will always recommend Dr. Pando.

I can’t describe my experience at Dr. Pando’s office. I have never been in a medical office so organized and clean. The staff helped me to get an appointment as soon as possible and all of them were professional during the visit. 10 minutes after my arrival I was in the exam room talking with Dr. Pando. He was very helpful and took the time to explain me what was my problem in a very professional way. His beside manners were incredible. Before getting home he pharmacy was calling me to pickup my prescription, I could not believe it. Thank very much Dr Pando and his staff for such a wonderful experience.

I wanted to have an IUD inserted but everyone kept telling me that it would be the worst pain ever. I went in to my appointment with Dr. Pando extremely fearful of the procedure but once he spoke to me and started the procedure, I knew I was in great hands. Dr. Pando and his staff took great care of me and made sure that I would feel comfortable throughout the whole process. It definitely was better than I had expected and the procedure turned out to be painless thanks to Dr. Pando and his staff, All I experienced was normal mild cramping but everything went perfect. I recommend Dr. Pando’s services 100%, he is very professional and welcoming and so is his staff. I was also able to have my questions answered over the phone after I had forgotten to ask the doctor during my appointment. Amazing service!

I absolutely love Dr. Jorge Pando. He is so caring and takes his time to listen to patients concerns. He has done surgery in hospital and minor office procedures.
I have been going to him for a few years and without a doubt he is the best doctor I have ever had. His office staff are extremely professionals and so kind. I appreciate your services and highly recommend Dr. Pando.

God forbid you need your results by phone DURING A PANDEMIC cause then they'll try to tell you that's a consultation and try to charge you a co-payment that you already paid for at the consult when you were told to do tests. I asked if I could pick them up and they said yes and FOR FREE, nice try on getting into people's pockets and again DURING A PANDEMIC.

UPDATE: My name is not Mrs. Blandon is Mrs. Martinez, and that was not the dispositive. I do not want any other appointment. Apparently thats being happening on your practice often. Your personnel is your responsibility, train them.

Terrible experience! Doctor Pando himself is a proffesional doctor. But he needs to FIRE his entire personnel. I went the first time for a procedure that needs to be done during my period, so initially Dr.explained me and we have to wait for the next month. I waited but the next month my period was weekend so I need to wait another month. The next month the secretary told me they need to order the dispositive because they used mine. So another month waiting, the next month she told me exactly the same, they did a similar procedure and used my dispositive. They want to give me another month appointment, so I said “no thank u I am done, this is simple too much”. Extremely disrespectful.

I went to Dr Pando to get advise on what to do for birth control and to eliminate much of my heavy periods. He recommended Mirena after explaining every option in detail. He took his time and was a pleasure to deal with him. I felt welcomed by everyone. Thank you!
