PANDORA, Gainesville FL

This is a lovely store that's always helpful with what they can, if they don't have an item on-hand then they are helpful with seeing if it's online and available.

Went shopping for Xmas gifts. They were out of a couple items I needed & I was encouraged to purchase the remaining on-line by the sales associate who helped me that day, but once I went to make an in-store return, (which the website says is an option as long as u have your packing slip or order email) they would not process a return, only exchange. Told me I had to return by mail. And might I point out, Zack L.was VERY rude about it, & was giving a lot of unnecessary talk back to me, the paying customer. Of course I was frustrated, as I made it my business to thoroughly read the return policy & had followed the information/options given. I would understand the store’s policy had they been considered an “authorized retailer”, but this store in the Oaks Mall is an actual Pandora Store. Online shoppers, beware! They will not process a return, or at least, that’s what was told to ME. Who knows? !

This review is for the Gainesville store 6621 West Newberry Rd in the Oaks Mall: My wife purchased a pair of earrings at the Brandon, FL location, as a gift but decided to return them to the Gainesville location UNUSED, never worn. Zack said, "no, we can't take earrings back.it's company policy".
Frustrated, my wife called the Brandon, FL location, spoke with Jackie, and explained the situation. Jackie said there was not a "no earrings return policy", and spoke with her manager, Sandra (at the Brandon store). Sandra called the Gainesville store and spoke with Jasmin, and asked her, in the name of customer service, to let my wife return the earrings. Jasmin refused Brandon, FL, store manager Sandra's proposal for the customer service-based return.
Picture this: my wife is on the phone with Jackie, Jasmin is on the phone with Sandra, telling Sandra - while looking at my wife - "oh, no, we're not going to do that. ", while giving my wife what can be described as a "smug" look, as if she was only worried about her numbers and as if my wife was the one endangering her numbers.
Kudos to store #184 (the Brandon, FL location), for trying to help us, but we will NEVER return to the Gainesville location again - even if the Gainesville store is closer. We will follow up with Pandora Corporate on this. Customers should not walk away from a Pandora store in this way, especially if the respect is still there for Pandora. My wife has been a customer with Pandora since their beginnings, and the Gainesville location will never get a piece of that back from us again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful, and VERY patient. Took awhile for the other half to decide.

Great place to buy gifts and start memories with a loved one. Make great "building" gifts of love. Can buy charms for occasions or just because.

The worst customer service ever I’m my life! I will never shop with pandora again online or in store and I’m returning the most recent charms I bought and selling off my bracelet because I don’t even want their products on my skin. Horrible people working for their customer service team every person I got transferred to which was a lot, were all rude and never sent me to someone to make a complaint like I asked. U just lost a loyal customer and I will tell everyone I know to stop shopping with you!

I love the deals at Christmas to bad it's the only time they do any thing like the Christmas deal buy one bracelet get one free.

This store doesn't take returns, ONLY exchanges during the Holiday season. It's a truly pathetic policy that is not consistent across the state. I purchase from Pandora quite often but will never purchase from this location again.
