13Discrimination. I wanted to look at the rings then “Lisbety” subtly PULLED the rings set away from me & hid her keys (because I was Black). She did not do it to the other non-Black customers. She was eager to help them out. Her body language screams that she was uncomfortable in my presence. I’ll make sure to bring this to corporate.
I went to change a damaged bracelet and I found the best customer service of my life. Ingrid, the supervisor, in addition to being super friendly, cleaned all my jewelry. Seriously, amazing staff. All my Pandora purchases will be in this store

I went to the store to exchange a damaged bracelet and the team was incredibly helpful. Within minutes, they accessed the health of my bracelet and processed the exchange. They were very friendly.

Amazing service, very helpful, 10/10 recommend coming to check out their beautiful jewelry pieces. Indiga the sales lead manager was very helpful and very kind helping me find a certain jewelry piece. Definitely recommend for others to come out to this pandora location!

My friend was there a few weeks ago and she had a bad experience too. I went this week and I didn’t buy anything because of how rude the staff is there. They have zero customer service knowledge and the Colombian lady in charge is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen!
One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The woman working at the store accused me of bringing back a “used” bracelet hours after I purchased a brand new bracelet for my mother. When in reality, I came and bought a “brand new” bracelet from this store and when I got home it was very loose on my mother. Therefore I came back to the store to get it properly adjusted and this woman accused me of switching out the bracelet for a used item. I cannot begin to explain how disrespectful that is. I work very hard every day for my money and I would never do something so classless in my life. I’m a small business owner and take pride in being self sustainable, financially. I will never shop at this store again. I might not ever shop with this brand again, because it’s evident that there is no culture of respect toward the customers that pay the companies bottom dollar profits. The salary that pays the woman that disrespected me comes from hard working, paying customers just like myself. For her to tell me repeatedly that I was basically comityibg fraud, is something I will never forget. I’m a very disappointed and disgusted customer. Save your money. This store and product is not worth the money
This location is fairly small in comparison to other locations. But they seem to carry the new arrivals. Nice associate
Maria the manager gives ZERO customer service. This store will NOT grant you the service of cleaning the jewelry they so much promise when you're buying their low-quality jewelry. They will give plenty of excuses and I am just fed up! We have attempted 3/4 times since last year to get my daughter's jewelry cleaned and there is always an excuse - we are short manpower (that was today), only Tuesdays and Thursdays (a few weeks ago) not during the holidays (last year), those were the some of the excuses. It is clear that Maria lacks everything that a manager should be; she's rude and unprofessional (talking over me when I called earlier) and clearly not a problem solver. Now we know why this store is always empty. LOW QUALITY JEWELRY AND HORRIBLE SERVICE = DISASTER! This low-quality jewelry is definitely not worth the time or hassle. Take your business and money elsewhere.
