Sunday afternoon and i have the entire place to myself. Along with the delicious iced coffee. If only they lowered the music. Hint hint. In the entire place. I know about the special room. In use.

Reasons to Avoid This Place: A Manifesto dedicated to Panera Bread. I learned the hard way that they don’t wear hair nets. When removing a plastic spoon I was horrified to find a golden strand of hair on my food. I figured this must be like cockroaches if you see one there’s more! So I turned my car around and decided to let them know there’s hair in the food they just handed me. There was a Jessica who carried a strong “why are you here” attitude. She argued that she couldn’t understand what we wanted. She was highly confused and a little too gangster for the image I had of Panera. I requested a refund to make it easier for her and pardoned myself as fast and as far away as I possibly could from Jessicas too high of a horse. There’s just simply no room for consumers.

Disappointed. Online and sign on door Both say open until 8, but doors were locked and drive through closed at 7: 17pm. I get it that it's practically a fast food joint and my expectations should be low, but I'm still disappointed.

Need to bring back caprese sandwich. Unacceptable to only have 1 vegetarian sandwich and it’s got hummus and feta and a lot of strong ingredients not everyone likes.

The food was amazing! I ordered curbside and the employee bringing my food was very nice and it was quick service!

They just threw all the ingredients down and didn't even toast them. I had to reassemble my sandwich so I could actually eat it and even then it was cold.

Food is always great but their cleaning was awful. Difficult to find a clean table in this COVID-19 environment.

I went to the Panera location near our house last night to pickup a salad for my lunch today. I just opened it and 1/3 of the lettuce is brown and wilted and one of the strawberries looks like it's rotten. A few leaf pieces are pink on the ends which is understandable with the strawberries. The blueberries were very fresh. I also feel the salad has gotten smaller. For $6.50 for half a salad, I would definitely expect better quality. Especially from Panera. I'm giving my rating two stars as the chowder and bread was very good. I'm not sure if I'll be going back to Panera. Or at least for salad.

I brought to the attention a staff member who later smugly identified herself as Jessica the manager that the customer in front of me was not wearing a mask. The sign at the entrance clearly states that masks are required. When I brought the lack of mask on the man to her attention her response was Okay as if it was ok
She then asked the customer who should have been asked to leave whether he was dining in or taking out. When he responded take out she gave me a nasty look to show he wasn’t staying
I wasn’t aware of Panera’s policy of customers who take out don’t need to wear a mask! We all know that’s not so but obviously this arrogant manager Jessica doesn’t!

I love Panera but after today, I'm not ordering for a while. The manager I spoke to this afternoon over a delivery order mix up was extremely rude and acted in a childish manner. It's really not that hard to be kind.disappointing customer service.

Ordered the Frontega Chicken sandwich for delivery. There was hardly any chicken on it. The "grilled" bread was soggy. Most of the chicken and mozzarella had fallen off during delivery.

Since the roast beef sandwich was replaced with "steak" and my favorite bread was omitted I'm not pleased. I don't think I'll ever go here again unless someone insists on bad soup and expensive ingredients. I goto hand it to them tho, they are rocking some business.

I love Panera bread. They always have fantastic unique food. Restaurant is always well-maintained and parking is plentiful. Desserts are awesome.

Food is good and I never have any issues. I think once I did but they accommodated me and they has a lot of respect here. It's my go to for lunch delivery.

My office is close to this location so this was my go-to lunch spot, but not anymore. Not a fan of bugs in my food.

Who doesnt love Panera. Fresh, clean food. Great variety all day long. Menu meets everyone's eating lifestlye at great prices. Am always pleased with everything I get there. And I love that they deliver to my work.

For it to b more teenagers working at this location, this is actually the best location of panera bread I've ever been to. They are mannerable, polite, goofy, and helpful all in one. They actually work as a team. As adults should work. But they seem to work better than half the adults i know.

My wife and I went to Panera for breakfast two of the days we we're in St. Petersburg FL. The service was very good. Food was very good and came out quickly. And the coffee was surprisingly very good.
