Great every time, small staff at the moment but still open for drive threw or carry out. The people working there, even tho it's only a few, are super nice and pretty quick
I only got soup at the drive thru, however, the cashier was just kinda plain Jane, not friendly, strictly business.
Every time I come to this location i remember to late why I stopped coming. Order wrong and rude person in the drive thru. She got a attitude because I asked for napkins.
As always, good quality food, environment and friendly staff. Thank you for supporting veterans as well.
Nope, not happy. As a vendor for The Tampa Bay Bucs, we drive from Orlando and Panera has always been a great place to stop, eat, and gather the team for a quick team meeting, then go to work. However, today's LACK of customer service takes the cake.
Our team arrived at 6AM today before we had to disburse for setup. Panera opens any other day at 6, except for Sunday's at 7. So we had our team meeting in the parking lot, and were ready to grab a quick breakfast before setting up. So 3 of us made our way to the front door, 10 mins before open and waited for staff to unlock the door.
We politely/patiently waited, not touching/shaking the door for 7AM. Making eye contact with a few of the workers inside, they knew we were standing there. So at 7AM, looks like the Manager walks to the front door, grabs the A Frame pictured here, slings it in front of the door (NEVER makes eye contact) and leaves.
Very upsetting, as they knew we were standing there, you would think someone could open the door and explain short staffing, sick employees, whatever the excuse and be polite about this.
What makes this more frustrating, is that we had a High Top Van and truck with trailer, so we couldn't go thru the drive thru even if we wanted.
Just very disappointed and really set the expectations for our LARGE vendor team that works ALL Tampa Bay Bucs games for future visits.
This will definitely be remembered.
I've gone to this location many times. I think there are too many new people there without good instructions. Will not give any bad comments because it may get better.
I had originally gave it a five star but have decided to take it down to a two after a recent order and call to said location. We ordered delivery only to have the order arrive wrong. Called the store spoke to said manager on duty and was told come get what’s missing or get a refund, I explained if I was able to pickup the order I wouldn’t have had it delivered after her basically saying not my problem idc I received the refund. I understand they no longer deliver themselves it’s another company that is used but a little more understanding would have been nice. I can honestly say I won’t be ordering from this location again pickup or delivery.
Course the food is good but the service is terrible. Rude at the counter if you do not lile your job stay home. Sad bit we will neber be back. Friday morning and this is sad.
I went two weeks ago and the drive thru employee gave me an incorrect change, when I mentioned to her she took my receipt very rude and my money flied away in the parking lot and she closed the window. The manager nicely came back to address her mistake.
I gave another chance yesterday and she gave me an incorrect change again.when I asked she said that they don’t have any change and closed the window. She never asked if I have a exact change or nothing post it the they don’t have change. If I order a food and I’m short for 0.01 I will not give me my food.
The staff need to be re train in customer service and get math review.
I totally understand the short staff but been rude isn’t aceptable.
It's was very clean but the cashier he was some what rude and seemed like he didn't wanna be at work but when you pick up your food from the other counter the girls were very outgoing and nice with good customer service. I would go back but not for awhile

Made my sandwich into a salad my self
So they whine about losing business but then this dump has closed all dine in service.and it can't be because they have no help because I go here frequently and they have people literally doing nothing. I hope they go out if business.medical offices all around and now patients and employees have no place to go.panera is awful

This Panera often closes its indoor seating, without notice. You cannot plan to meet anyone here if you want to order or sit down inside the restaurant. For casual business meetings, sit-down lunches, or work/study break: look elsewhere.
We ordered to-go via the Panera Bread app. It was so simple to complete and the order was ready within 10-minutes. I got the Baja Bowl with Chicken and it was very delicious; it also felt very healthy to eat. My partner got the Greek Goddess Salad and Turkey Chili as part of a Pick 2 deal.
I ordered online and used the drive through for pick up. The food was made fairly quickly, the staff was friendly, no messed orders. No complaints.
