Panera Bread, Doral FL

I have ordered a delivery to my work for lunch from this location 4 times this month. All 4 times I ordered a soup and I did NOT get a spoon in any of the orders. Did you run out of spoons over there? What is happening? How can you pack a soup for delivery and not include a spoon? I will never order a delivery from this location again.

We ordered catering for our company breakfast and they did an amazing job. Laura was super helpful and very professional. She provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious and the delivery was prompt. I highly recommend this location.

Always come here to study on the afternoons or early morning, the atmosphere is always great and the food too. Customer service lacks some consistency thru out the day but it's good most of the time!

Ordered a delivery more than half hour ago and it looks they stole my money. Good charging the money but not delivering the food, plus nobody answering the phone to speak with a manager.

I have been a member with Panera forever and this is the only location I ever have a problem at order was done wrong then we had to wait a very long time for our drinks, so long the food got cold and there was no apologies or anything. Worst service ever.

Missing some ingredients as many places are right now but still good. Their new charged lemonades are good.

I love Panera and having visited several stores i can say that this one is my favorite. My Chai latte is always perfect.

Ridiculously incompetent people taking orders at this panera. Ordered 2 sandwiches the same way, very basic and few toppings, and they managed to not only make both wrong but mess them up in completely different ways. Panera is generally a great place, but avoid this store if you want anything custom, like regular toppings and condiments.

On this trip I opted for a blueberry muffin and iced coffee for myself. My friend opted for a cappuccino (that accidently spilled in my car, no fault to Panera, the carry out cup containers are flimsy) and avocado melt sandwich. The service was very nice with me, as I was unfamiliar with the menu.
Overall, I liked it, I felt that my selections were good. My friend felt that the sandwich was okay but the taste was a tad on the bland side. For what we ordered, I don't think the $27 price tag was warranted.

I lost track how many different Panera's I have visited over the last 2 years traveling. Probably 60 or more. This is an excellent location. Conveniently located, plenty of parking. Lots of tables and room. Some tables have outlets and the internet speed is phenomenal! Great help when you try to do some work. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Food was great. Bathrooms are clean

Love to order curb side but parking is always full because the stores are so busy.

I am very disappointed that when it’s an Ubereats delivery, this location doesn’t cover their drinks with a sticker nor do they place a cup holder inside of a stamped bag so the Ubereats Driver can’t do anything to the drink. Other restaurants, make sure to protect the customer’s food/drinks as described above. This is the last time I order Ubereats from this Panera. Needless to say I won’t be drinking my coffee as this was going to help me make a choice of getting the “coffee club membership” that Panera Bread has. I have also been trying to call so I can speak to the manager and it just rings. And according to some of the previous reviews from others, this location is not looking so great.
