Panera Bread, Pinellas Park FL

They messed up my online order didn’t give me my sides and swapped a bread bowl soup for a little cup of soup which is cheaper and smaller

Terrible service at this location the spicey sad sandwich is awful with soggy chips the awful mango smoothie not good, the cinnamon bagel with cream cheese was a savior for me along a coffee.

Food was good as always. Food prep was slow at this location. NOTE: the guy in the back making sandwiches was working his butt off, the others not so much. Manager had just left the bathroom after cleaning. There were no paper towels and the second dispenser fell apart when I tried to use it. Prices have gone up a little but I'm good with that as the portion sizes have remained the same.

This location is very slow. The line workers were chewing gum while making my food. Also was being very childish and playing while making my sandwich! I know this restaurant is new to the drive through but things could be better. 08/09. I won’t be back!

A good place to escape. It's good for internet and the sip club is a summertime need.free drinks in Florida is about the best thing a company credit do for the public. As I know they can't be making money off this

Don’t eat here everybody here has a attitude and cant make your food the right way or listen to ur Order then when u say something they get mad about it they every time I come here they get a simple sandwich wrong I waited 6 months to come thinking they got it together and no still messing up the food

Better manger needed, as you can see from the reviews there’s a reason why this Panera is so poorly rated (management) I never had a bad experience at Panera till this one.

Have been going to this location for years. Not a big fan but my daughter is. Service has gotten so slow there. Took 9 miniutes to have my order taken. Plus it's a hang out for homeless and other panhandlers. We're 3 of them inside dining are on this particular day. Also not as clean as it used to be kept.

Prices are good, selection can be eclectic but the quality of most foods are good. I especially enjoy the soup in a bread bowl and their breakfast sandwiches. The reason for the 4 star is that I find many of their bakery goods to be a bit dry. The breads are good including the bagels but I recommend eating within 2 days tops for the same reason. I had the pecan bread which was a twisted bread with a sugar cinnamon glaze and some pecans. I also got the classic sour dough and made grilled cheese sandwiches with boar's head Vermont cheddar cheese. They were excellent and the bread in that use was amazing.

Have had issues previously about items being forgotten In the drive through which is a pain because you don’t realize till after you left. Leaving this review though because I was overcharged, I have the unlimited sips, was charged a drink, asked for a refund and they refused, instead offered another drink…. Why would I need two for one person?

No stars! You should not discriminate good customers service for all. I found plastic in my soup! Management didn’t handle this well. No refund, and no apology just someone being defensive.

My experience with Pinellas Park Panera Bread, was very poor. First my mother ordered her food, I ordered next, soup and salad, the cashier asked if I’d lie chicken on the salad, I said yes, next my husband ordered 2 moor soups and a BLT with cheese, the cashier named the cheeses, my husband picked the kind he liked. When our order came up, they forgot my mother’s soup. My husband had to go wait in line again to re- order for mom, while his food was getting cold. Once he sat down, a little angry about that, we began eating, the second issue besides his food getting cold, there was no cheese on his sandwich, next, I noticed after eating most of my salad, my husband asked me, if they put the chicken in it. Nope they sure didn’t. I asked to see a copy of our receipt and it was clearly on there, the response wasn’t an apology, but oh we don’t charge for the cheese or chicken! Sounds like bs to me. $46 down the drain. The salad was very small, 4 fork fulls. I can’t believe not even an apology!

When I went in it was not busy- all of the staff seemed to be having a good time, when I ordered my food and then waited, I was looking for a table that didn't have dishes on it or crumb's but I couldn't find a table so I ended up at the bar seats by the entryway which was also very dusty! My food was good.i feel like when your not busy let's get that dining room cleaned. In this picture you can see dust that's been there longer than a day! I eat at Panera because it's a little bit healthier food and usually a lot cleaner dining room so I hope this motivates whoever to stay on point with that.

Its the slower service ever! They take to much time for everything!
I llve panera but this location is one of the worst

Ordered chicken fuji salad, get home and there was no chicken, called store had to drive back and only received a few pieces of chicken with no apology. They lost another customer.

This place always has good food. The macaroni and cheese is always scrupulously scrupulous. And the rest of their food is made very good. Practically all the open seating was not wiped down, and looked like multiple people had been there at the table without any cleaning protocols. Overall, not a terrible experience when considering the welcoming people there.
