Panera Bread, Miami FL

I like Panera but this location needs more employees or better management or both. Man where the cold drinks are located, the floor is always sticky and cold tea look like they were sitting there all night (based on flavor and color). Bathroom is not always clean and the place looks that in need of maintenance inside. I don’t understand how the Doral location is older than this one but it looks better (sometimes lol)

This is my go to Panera. Staff is very sweet and they always have their store stocked up, unlike quite a few other Paneras that I’ve been to.

My food was delicious as always but the hot chocolate lacked a little cocoa but was still good. I'm not a big fan of having to order on a touch screen, luckily you can still order at the counter. It is a little strange having to go to the crowded pick-up window to get your order but I suppose it's probably for the efficiency of the workers. Anyways, thank you for the wonderful evening.

It's really sad to see how a restaurant that used to thrive is declining like this. This PB location used to be one or better to say the best of this side of the city.

How's possible that no clean bathrooms, the checkout stations barely work, no pagers available, little coffee "plastic" spoons to eat soup? Anyway, and many more flaws.
Management needs to intervene. In my case, I won't be coming anytime sooner.

Iv have gone hete many time, but as of Lately I've gone 3 separate times in a row and have ordered the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese and I received something else. I was patient the 1st 2 times as mistakes happen but with the 3rd time, its way to many time for my liking. I just hope they can fix this issue with mixing orders.

The app is awesome. I was greeted by a gentleman at work behind the counter. Within minutes my order was ready. Done correctly and at pick up counter I felt a great energy vibe coming from the lady who prepared my breakfast. Nice very clean and nice music.

Margarita pizza had no basil. Apparently they didn't read the ingredients to the Pizza. Bread bowl was so hard I can't eat it. Kids Mac n cheese was the only hit. At least the child is happy.

Panera is my Go To place whenever I am out in the neighborhood. Plenty of drink choices, hot and cold. Food is prepared fresh to order. At times the parking can be tricky.

This is a great Panera in the area with excellent food and a nice environment. I would highly recommend the Mac & Cheese!

Everything is great but they need to lower the music. I have had office meetings there but just lower a tad please.

Be carful since they have two salads that are the “asian” w the same name! They won’t ask you which but just throw any in the bag! Its so stupid! Someone in marketing should be fired! They close at 11PM on Fridays but the screen at 9: 30 says its closed and to come again and you have to sit there and beg to see if they are open! Always a wait! And ask for the brownies which they advertise everywhere, They NEVER have them! Maybe its a lie to get people to come in. I tried to complain twice to a manager, nope no manager to complain to. No one every came! Anyone who has anything good to say is just part of this Panera cult! Friday June 3 at 9: 30PM and June 4 at 8pm. Lets see if a manager does anything, nope they won’t! And to clarify, I came for a family member, I would never eat plastic fake health food! Its a contradiction!

Last night we visited this Panera. Paneras are one of our favorite restaurants for a quick salad or soups and, of course, an incredible baked good.

At entering, we noticed this location needs cleaning and attention. Many booths have torn seat cushions and dirty-looking carpeting. This location is just in need of cleaning throughout.

We ordered a whole caesar salad with chicken, a half cobb salad, and chicken rice soup.

The caesar salad's greens had many pieces of black lettuce.

When we went to the pickup window and asked for the manager, the female staff member asked rudely, "for what? ".

The Manager stepped away and came to the window. When we showed her the black lettuce, she knotted and responded, " yea, all lettuces are black, and I don't know why". She then asked if we wanted a refund, and we said no; we tried to call this to her attention, not realizing she already knew the salads were being served like this.

The rest of our meal was fine and up to our Panera expectations.

My concern and the reason for this review is because of the condition in which this location is functioning.

I understand the current lack of qualified employees, but a restaurant manager that doesn't know why a salad is black and to confirm she knew about the condition of the salad and had it served anyway, I find highly problematic.

I have ordered from this panera on uber eats and i have also physically gone to this panera as it is the closest one to where i live and every time i order something there is always something wrong with my order. EVERY TIME. I ordered from this panera tonight and there was a long strand of hair in my sandwich. WHICH I HAD ALREADY PUT INTO MY MOUTH. This isn't even the first time there has been hair in my food.
Also, the last time i ordered a greek salad they had put blueberries in my salad along with the olives that i had asked to be taken out. But those are only two examples of the many many errors from my past orders. I will not be ordering from here EVER AGAIN.

Bread bowls and their soups are life. Drive thru here was actually really fast the other night I came thru. Very happy with this location
