Panera Bread, Jacksonville FL

There was literally no one at the front to take orders. They do however have kiosks to take orders. The service was very slow despite them not being very busy. Tables were dirty, and they were out of lids for cups. It took over 20 min to get a sandwich and a salad. The food was good, but overall experience was disappointing.

Clean restaurant area friendly cashier's food was fresh hubby got chicken samdwich tinyyyy portion for almost 11 dollars not worth it but i got a sandwich veggie and that was a large portion delicious and fresh that was worth it!

Literally the worst Panera I’ve ever been to, waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order while multiple employees made eye contact but ignored me, the “restaurant” itself is messy and unclean. I would not suggest coming here if you're looking for a nice quick bite to eat this Panera is far from nice or quick

Friendly staff and great bagels the egg souffle was pretty decent as well. They also still have the best broccoli cheddar soup ever!

This panera was amazing, the food was great, it has an amazing atmosphere, and the workers are extremely nice. Expecially the two workers Adam and Cole they were very hospitable.

You have staff just standing around and the lobby is disgusting as a manager of another chain I'd write up every staff member I had if my lobby looked like this

I love coming here with my husband in the morning before work. It’s always quiet and consistently on time. I’ll treasure these memories with my dear beloved husband until the day I die at this beautiful establishment.

Discouraged because we waited 20 minutes for an online order and it “hadn’t even hit the screen yet. ” It was supposed to take an hour to prepare when everyone who ordered in the store was getting their food in a reasonable time. We left. You need to get your online ordering more efficient!

Had dinner there last night. Cashier cole was wonderful, charismatic, welcoming and since I didn't know what to get he suggested the chicken teriyaki bowl. Was very yummy and I will be back again.

Had dinner there a few weeks ago, went back again monday night and I was very happy to see cole back at the register. Homie suggested the grilled cheese and tomato soup duet and it was like heaven. Gas restaurant and gas service.

I ordered a turkey avocado blt and the bread was stale, there was no avocado, about three chunks of turkey, and wilted lettuce. I realize there is a worker shortage but come on for what you charge for a sandwich it needs to be right! The only reason it got one star is because it wouldn't let me post with zero.

Good coffee and breakfast. Staff is very friendly, led by Destiny at the register. Only down side is many customers fail to clean up for themselves and I guess because the staff is short, they are a little behind on cleaning the tables

If you get there early enough you can actually have the bread. I understand it's popular and so that means that it gets sold out quickly but it's ridiculous. Everytime I try to order a bread bowl it's never in stock. Or the kitchen sink cookie. Please better stock on your breads.

When you order pick up through the app, they like to click off that it’s ready so their time doesn’t go for long.this is not the first time. I got told my order is ready but it’s obviously not, I sit and wait for 10 more minutes. Not cool Panera, I only get a short lunch.

Great location in the town center, food was quick and good. They have a nice outside dining area to take in some sunshine while you sip your tea.
