Panera Bread, Oviedo FL

We stopped in on Veteran's Day for lunch and to our surprise they had a special for Veterans. We got the Pick 2 with the Turkey Bacon sandwich and the Autumn Squash soup. They were out of the bread, but we substituted with another type of bread. The young man at the counter was very nice and quickly offered the options for other breads. We waited about 5 to 7 minutes for our order, but this was because they were busy. The sandwich and soup were delicious. In fact, I went back the next day to get the soup and will be going back this weekend for the soup again. Overall, we had a great experience.

Was not really impressed with this location. They were out of most items for breakfast, service wasn't quite the best. Could have been an off morning so we'll try again!

Pastries were good but there was not an option to heat them up. Also, the person said there were napkins in the bag but there was not. The breakfast sandwiches lacked flavor and were not hot.

The new chicken sandwich was a disappointment. Normally the food is up to par. This sandwich was not

We had a problem with the order machine. But the manager came out sorted it out for us and even gave our kid a free cookie. Really great customer service!

Pretty ok, the chicken melt sand, had lots of flavor, maybe a little improvement with adding a little-bet chicken my sandwich hardly had any, my chicken rice soup has been always on point, but today was like watery, Service always great, will come back, maybe just a bad day today-.

I just had the signature chicken sandwich, for $12 I get a way better sandwich at chick fila with a drink and fries. Not good for what you pay.

For the last 4 orders we've had the med veg sandwich (as one of our household cannot eat meat) and one of literally any other sandwich. Every one of the last four orders has given us a random sandwich instead of the med veg sandwich; usually a turkey BLT. Receipt reads the correct order, food given is not. Likes once or twice over time a missed order is to be expected. At this point, four straight orders in two months feels deliberate. Do better, Panera Oviedo.

It's been a while since I have eaten at Panera. So comforting to grab a cup of Tomato soup to bring back memories of long ago. Pleased from the first spoonful with a taste that hasn't changed one bit. Keep up the good work Panera! And look out Starbucks their Vanilla Cold Brew is legit!

OMG! The customer service here is incredible! I was in a rush, ordered from my mobile app and TOTALLY goofed up my own order. Kathryn bright my order out to me and I let her know that I messed up the order. She didn’t even bat an eye at helping me out in making the order I was hoping for and rushed to make it for me DURING the lunch rush!

I am so grateful for her hospitality this afternoon! And of course, lunch was delicious!

Had a hair in my sandwich, I didn’t want it remade, initially the young girl said ok, I then spoke to a manager who again offered to remake it, I said I was put off as the young girls all had long hair making the food with messy hair clearly not contained. It wasn’t until I said they didn’t offer me an alternative or pastry he offered me a pastry.

My time with Panera is DONE, kids with no clue running the place and no idea how to deal with a basic customer issue.

Not the Panera Bread that I know. Chairs dirty, sticky table tops, paper napkins placed the wrong way, paper towel not inserted in its holder. The food is great (but at this location I start wondering if the kitchen is clean), and the overall experience could be better. Team needs lots of training and commitment.

Worst experience trying to navigate the self order tablet. Would have been quicker to order with a human if the menu boards above the front counter were showing the lunch items. But it was still showing breakfast. And you have to go through multiple screens to see what comes on a sandwich, waste of my time and expediency. And the person behind the counter was not receptive to my complaints about the self order difficulties. And the disc that is supposed to vibrate when your order is ready failed to work, had to listen for staff to announce order name, which seems a much more effective means. This is now my second visit to this location and the sanitation at the self serve drink area is still far below par. If I have to take pictures and upload them here, then management is not checking and cleaning property.

The Food was great, fresh delicious and filling. Good flavor combinations.

Pretty bad panera:/ the employees are usually nice but i think sometimes they’re not paying much attention or just don’t care.ive ordered in store pickup and drive thru and 90% of the time SOMETHING from my order is missing whether it is an entire item or a part of an entree (like bread or chips) it’s extremely frustrating considering it’s included not even something i specially requested.there are some employees i see a lot and they’re incredible but a majority of them are rude and clearly don’t care

Got a bread bowl and they gave us a tiny cup of soup and hardtack.
Sandwich and bread bowl were gross. 1-star because everything baked sucked.
Greek salad was yummy, though.

The takeout order was supposed to be placed on a takeout table but it went to the dine-in counter. Then there was no ice in the soda machine. Bagel was burned. Nothing went well.

There were flies all over the bakery items they're selling. I bought two cookies that didn't seem to be touched by them and they were hard as a rock, I felt gross taking a bite. I ended up throwing them away. How are they able to get away with selling such disgusting food?
