Dining room filthy. Have been there a few times and order always wrong. Always running out of stuff.

Food was OK but a bit pricey in my opinion. I tried the Blueberry Scone, which was dry as a bone. Reminded me of crumbly pressed sawdust. Food is prepared behind a counter and you pick it up when the beeper they give you lights up and vibrates. You fetch your own drink at a drink fountain service. So, there is no service per se unless you consider taking your order at the cash register a service.

I went into Panera with my good friend Dane Tefertiller a few weeks ago. But i was starstruck by the girl who took my order. She was absolutely stunning and i could hardly get my order off because i kept stuttering my words. I would give you guys a review on the food but i couldn’t even eat because my only focus was on the girl.i might try and go back and shoot my shot with this Chick! 5 stars to panera for hiring such a stud. I’ll keep you guys updated on if i can maybe get her number!

This place is absolutely filthy. Don’t dare even set foot in the bathroom. Staff was not friendly at all either. Can only imagine what the kitchen must look like if the dining room looks the way it does.

The service was good and the food was hot and fresh. The person behind the counter was really keeping things moving.

They were out of blueberry bagels at 8 am. Service excruciating slow. Everytime I decide to give them another chance I'm disappointed.

Your morning staff are very pleasant this morning not to mention my order was correct. Customer service is a big deal to me right now I’ve been seeing a lot of companies Not being big on customer service anymore but your employees this morning enjoy what they are doing or should I say signed up for and are pleasant and cheerful! No one needs a damper in their day from bad customer service for no reason at all thank you so much for being so kind!

I love this place, plain and simple. There's no need for me to be writing a long review. I love this restaurant, specifically this location.

I was disappointed that a small coffee cost me 2.77. I was in a class over there and bought it a few times then decided to just make one at home. $3 for a. 30 cup of coffee is way too much. It's not like they have special syrups or anything.

Staff is friendly and food is very good, however I like to eat outside and the music is so very loud I feel like I’m in a bar. Makes me want to go someplace else, no one takes responsibly for the volume when I ask.

Today we went to Panera on bee ridge. I paid for the order and had to wait 30 min.to get my order. While waiting I touched a ledge and it was dust dirt and hair just disgusting floor was sticky I will never go again to this Panera. They don't have enough people working there when you have to wait 30 min to get your food
Just terrible. Please don't get me wrong the people that are there they work extremely hard. Anyone that runs a restaurant knows on Sunday at
few minutes before noon and to have 2 people preparing just crazy. This panera was always clean and had good service they lost alot. Good bye you will never see me again!

TERRIBLE.the food here has really gone down hill.
The bread was the best part of the meal.absolutely horrible.will not return.

They didn’t add all my items on my receipt. Two of the broccoli cheddar soups were as watery as can be, nothing like it used to be. It’s the end of the day so I have a feeling they added water to make it last.

I thought that this Restaurant had good sandwiches but was disappointed. Small Chicken sandwich and soft drink for $18.00.nowhere worth the price. Not going back.

Went this morning at 815am and they didn't have bagels or fresh coffee brewed. Paid for a cup, then walked around looking for it. They wouldn't refund my money. Made me wait for it to brew, which made me late to my appointment. Would think those items would be freely available this time of day. First time/last time

I went in to the shop this morning and asked for a bagel and I was told they can’t sell it to me because they have orders to fill first and they don’t know if they’ll have any left.
