Mike was amazing the food was great service awesome as well Vero helped me make great choices

My pick up order is always wrong. I’m either missing things or things are not given as ordered. I keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but I will not be getting items from this location again.

I enjoyed the Green Goddess Caprese sandwich. The bread was fresh and the nlend of the ingredients delicious!

Passive aggressive management in the morning.
Not the service I expected.
When I called to speak to the manager about how I was treated she said that it was her there in the morning and did not acknowledge that I was treated in a rude way.no appology.

I usually get my lunch here, but on 01/28 I ordered a spicy take sandwich at 4pm and it was the worst sandwich I’ve had. The grilled chicken was dry and burnt to a crisp. No sauce on the chicken meat as the description stated. The fried pickles were just small crumbs.no sauce was in the sandwich at all. I had to resort to putting just Mayo on the sandwich so it would go down properly.you guys usually do a good job but quality check should be upheld every time.

Panera is my favorite place for coffee beagle cupcake or lunch everything is good here and love the french bread

Got two sandwiches got charged for a meal for the one with no drink and the food was only edible. 50 bucks down the drain and still need to buy lunch. I'll never go back to any of their locations. 7-11 would have been a better choice.

Took forever to get my order taken. Not waiting in line but for her to ring up. Repeated order 3x. Completely wrong. This happened last time I was here. Not returning

Mike Pike was the best. Went out of his way and took care of us. Not sure who made the bread but it was the freshest bread we ever had.

Amazing customer service coming from Mike. F, he literally made my time here very welcomed and we felt more like at home. My daughter loves the soup I got the bacon turkey bravo wife got the bbq chicken we loved it also one thing was wrong but Mike F. Made sure to fix everything and make our experience here that much better

The whole point of rapid pick up is for people to be able to grab their meal quickly and get on with their days, if it’s going to take an hour then just turn it off so that we can go get food somewhere where it will be available in a reasonable amount of time

Absolutely terrible, canceled our order withoit contacting us, so we are sitting here waiting for food at work that isn't coming.

As usual they forget the avocado, how do you call this sandwhich a BLT avocado sandwich but forget the avocado? This seems to be a constant battle for the people making the sandwiches, they obviously don’t care about their job.

First time there a week ago after getting home I realized I didn’t even get a soup that’s supposed to come with my sandwich customer service soso the Spanish lady who took my order work playing/holding a baby never cleaned her hands no gloves no upsale no nothing

Do not order online because doordash sucks delivering their food. Ordered 12: 15, never arrived. Showed tracking her coming and going, but never delivered. Called and no english. Called store and they didnt care. Said once it is picked up its not our responsibility and call doordash. Um, I ordered through YOUR app not doordash, it absolutely IS your responsibility! Never again!

They are always out of some menu ingredient and seem to be poorly managed. We love Panera and will always keep trying!
