Panera Bread, Vero Beach FL

Staff are consistently rude, the hot coffee from the coffee bar is weak, and the men's restroom is disgustingly dirty. Too bad I left my phone in the car, otherwise I would have posted a photo. Need I say more?

Not too great. Turkey avocado BLT was not turkey- it was chicken & only one slice of avocado. We ordered one cup tomato & one bowl chicken noodle soup, but got 2 cups tomato soup?

The food was good but the associates at the register are not friendly. We couldn’t figure out why the price was different on the self serve from the cash register and she just looked at us and was like I don’t know why there different so we just said it’s fine but there attitude almost made me change my mind and go somewhere else.

But • on untoasted bread • who does that barley any bacon • mostly Lettuce with 1/2 tomato NOT WORTH 12. OO • I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN • DISAPPOINTED

Picked up a meal deal of 3 pizzas, 2 salads with a friend and our 2 husbands. We all ate some of each pizza; the guys shared one salad, friend and I shared the other. The pizzas were dry and tasteless. We ladies were fine but both husbands became ill after eating. Since the only thing we didn't share was the salad, we suspect that was the problem. Thankfully, they're fine this morning but we won't be back to Panara

Food was 10min let from the told ready time. While waiting I went to use the bathroom. It was absolutely, disgusting. It looked like a bathroom behind a sketchy gas station. They were overwhelmed and Multiple where waiting and complaining.

Not enough staff to keep up during lunch hours.
They try their best, but being 25 minutes past the "ready by time" is crazy on a 30 min lunch break.

Not enough staff working. 1 lady at the register, she was SUPER rude when I asked a simple question. Took almost 20 minutes to get ice coffee. Management needs to get it together ASAP.

Was good before covid, now dirty, disorganized, Prices at register are much higher than posted on menu. Manager did not respond to call.short on help, not trained.

Horrible! Ordered my food rapid pick up on app at 12: 10… app told me it would be ready at 12: 27. I was still waiting at 12: 50.resulting to having to cancel my order Bc I had to be back at work. Incredibly frustrating, I work at the hospital and spend my lunch break from a 12 hour shift standing waiting for food I never got. Horrible service no apology or nothing “ok ma’am we will cancel your order u will get a refund in 7 days” … this location sucks

The staff where you order was extremely courteous, whereas the staff where you pick up your food had a little bit more of an attitude problem. Otherwise the food was delicious as always.

I occasionally use the curbside pick up. My order is always right and the employees who bring out my order are always so nice. The only thing is I wish they enforced the curbside pick up spots to only be for people picking up. Almost every time the three spots are full with empty cars (so obviously not doing curbside pick up) so sometime the employees have a hard time finding my car since I’ve had to park elsewhere.

Haven’t eaten at the Panera on Indian River Blvd in Vero Beach for a while as the food was garbage, decided to try today ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, two cream cheese and a sweet iced tea. Seemed simple enough but per usual they screwed up the order, go to get it I have one cream cheese and no tea, goes and gets it but brings a iced coffee NO IT WAS SWEET TEA! Finally get my food get home the bagel is hard as a rock and burnt and the tea is bitter and gross. Never again Panera! The worst food and service! If I could give minus stars I would!

I love Panera - but not this one
We ordered 2 muffins and 2 coffees at the kiosk. Fifteen minutes later we still were not being called. I went to a cashier who said she didn't see the order, went to the counter where they make sandwiches and the 2 muffins and one coffee we're there and they that's all I ordered. I showed them my phone confirming the order and they gave me the second coffee.
I really wanted an orange scone but they are honestly smaller here than other Panera locations.
This absolutely was my last time going there

I wondered if Panera downgraded their coffee as the quality has not only degraded throughout the last few months but also been watered down tremendously. I decided to visit the other Panera location here in Vero Beach and the coffee quality as it used to be. So I guess it is ONLY this specific Panera location that has downgraded their coffee—such a disappointment.

Order from here frequently. It’s close to my work and love the food. However rapid pick up isn’t so convenient when almost every order you place either has the wrong item or is missing items. Got the wrong order today and instead of being able to make it right by a free delivery of the right order, they are sending a “voucher” in the mail for the next time I want to order and get the wrong food. Thanks Panera & Staff!

3/4 of order perfect, my iced coffee after asking about it 2xs finally had to go back and the service young lady said I didn't charge you for that, Crazy. Ridiculous prices, for a ok meal, glad for the AC visit with friend, that was worth the 30 $.
