Panera Bread, Jacksonville FL

The drive through lane is fast an efficient. The employees are amazing people always friendly. Panera is one of my Favorite lunch stops!

It was great one of the best paneras in the area. I live in nocatee and that one is terrible and portioning. But we sat out side and the patio It was clearly not cleaned in a couple of days. I also do food service so I could tell.there was trash everywhere in the bushes. No, the tables were cleaned we had to wipe our own table down there was cigarette butts everywhere. You shouldn’t leave trash in the bushes have someone clean it up. Thanks

Just ordered at steak sandwich and a flat bread pizza. The sandwich barely and I mean barely had a sliver of meat on it and the pizza was cold and you could tell it had been sitting around for awhile. It's a shame for what you pay this is what u get. I would rather pay more and get quality

The Hostess was Great forget her name but she is Albanian The Grolled Cheese n Tomato Soup Duet was perfectly done and Delicious

They don't actually grill grilled cheeses. They put them in the microwave till they are nice and soggy. They should try them themselves.

This time at this location it was a bad experience. We were served Hot chocolate as cold milk. Many menu items were sold out.

My husband had surgery at Baptist South and needed a light dinner. The broccoli cheese soup and chicken and wild rice soups were excellent and the restaurant was convenient to the hospital and interstate.

Our favorite go to place for a small lunch or dinner. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is fast and the facility is well kept. Clean throughout, even the outside sitting area. They have convenient kiosk inside to place your order if the lines get too long. The drive through is a great convivence as well.

Decent service, however, had to start asking for black coffee because I'd ask for a little cream and wind up with half of the cup filled with cream. Today.asked for black.got to my destination.coffee filled with cream. Ugh.

Staff was unprofessional. We ordered a fountain drink with the intention of getting a Diet Pepsi, only to be told by staff that they ran out of syrup. On a weekend, which we thought was odd and unlikely. We then asked the manager for a refund of the fountain drink, to be told that they of course had that syrup and they’d change it out. My husband then reapproached the the original staff member we talked to and she shrugged, said “I don’t know, ” and walked off.

Food was good. Table was dirty.

I am very disappointed in this Panera location. I am a regular customer and I have never been so disrespected in my life. I walked in to pick up my order and Amy demanded to see ID. I have never had this happen and she was very rude about it as I had left my ID in the car. I was in a rush and she was nothing short of mean about it. Only reason I gave it two stars is because of Sarah! She is the sweetest. Thank you Sarah for making my bad experience a little better!

I like the place and staff is nice. I used to go there to study, and get the job done.
However, last time I went there the song was a little louder then usual and so people were speaking a little louder. As a result the place was a noisier and not even the AirPod noise cancelling was able to help, as it used to. It was hard to focus and get the job done:/

Pretty standard Panera experience. I still don't understand how they always run out of the Asiago bagels so frequently. (Order more, lol)

Great Panera bread location with a very cool interior. The food is always fresh and the staff are friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this location!

Greatly disappointed, as the pastries I purchased had egg wash for the glaze but it wasn't mentioned on the menu. It was a total waste of time and money.
