The food is good. Recently baked chocolate chips are the best. Good place to study too. Every time I order online they forget utensils lo and if they put it they put a knife to eat a yogurt

White people flock here, including my wife! They have 3 self service kiosks here, so none of the employees are up front; Had to wait 5 minutes for an employee to come take my cash. Also, if we're almost going to be forced to use a self-service, and wait standing for food, why would there be a tipping option?

Always a good stop in for a quality, fast bite! Great tasting sandwiches from a friendly staff.

I come to this Panera a lot to study after school and every time Skii is very kind and helpful!

Service is so bad… coming here is like asking to be abused. Amazed they’re still open. Cashier could have cared less and they were out of bread.

Very clean and orderly. Great breakfast sandwich on Asiago bagel. Coffee was not so hot. In fact it was barely warm coming out of the dispenser. I tried several and they were all sitting way below an ideal temp. I was in a bit of a hurry so I did not protest. This needs attention. Every thing else was great.

My order was delicious. I really enjoy it. I like that the menu is large enough for many selections.

Had a light dinner at the panera on unversity drive in davie fl, last night with my mom, and the girl at the register didn't seem knowledgeable about prices but did look up at the menu above her to let me know what price was the most Economical. I ordered you pick 2, which I ordered 1/2 grill cheese and cup of wild rice with chicken soup, the price a little over 10.00. I added a drink and the price went up to 14.00. I went to get green tea, and the container was empty. I told one of the people working there, and they went back to refill it. I filled my cup with green tea which tasted water down then I tried the unsweetened tea that was bitter and dark it tasted like someone left the tea bags in too long and I tried the lemonade not very appealing when i asked for a refund I was told I get get a bottle of green tea at no extra cost. My mother ordered a bowl of tomato soup, and the bread bowl isn't the bowl as it used to be served in. The bowl wasn't filled to the top with a small end piece of Baggett, which she said wasn't fresh. Her soup cost 8.00 without a drink. With the quality of food, the pricing, and the service, if you're looking for a soup salad and sandwich restaurant, I highly recommend you don't waste your time and money. I think Cooperate needs to go visit this restaurant on university in davie fl and fix the issues.

Not great. Not awful. Worst part are the workers who don't seem well-trained nor enthusiastic. This is usually a sign of bad leadership/management more than the fault of the workers. A couple of tips; speak-up. Customers need to hear you. Smile. And start practicing saying "thank you" or "you're welcome". Whichever is appropriate but choose one.

Saw me waiting, still took her sweet time to take my order. Was evidently not interested even while taking the order. Eventually I got the wrong sandwich too. SMH.

Met up with a client for a quick late lunch. I've always enjoyed panera but this one was meh. There was no one at the counter to take orders and 5 people in line at the kiosks since no one was there to help. Bout 10 minutes later a girl came over and started taking orders. When we got our food I was really disappointed in my order. My favorite sandwich is the Napa almond chicken salad. The crust of the bread was so hard to bite through and super chewy. There was barely any chicken salad in the sandwich and what was there was DRY. The restaurant itself is also very dark. Not a good experience overall.

Michelle was amazing with me over the phone, I had ordered a delivery that sometimes we are all humans and make mistakes and sent me the wrong items yesterday. I called today to see what we could do. Let me tell you Michelle went above and beyond!
She offered me a refund but since I'll be working here in South Florida for a few days I requested a replacement.
Not only she replaced my order she also sent me a little sweet gift. (Scone) Thank you! You truly made my day.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and wanted it on a croissant and was told yeah we don't do that here. Even though I've had this at all other locations. No apology just we don't do that here. No problem I'll take my business elsewhere!

Very nice place and food but i would like to appreciate aidan for great customer service, hes a very nice gentleman! Do recommend coming here.
