Panera Bread, Boynton Beach FL

I like their soups, although I feel they're overly priced. The last time I got the you pick two, and the tuna sandwich literally was spread on like butter. It was literally a tiny slab of tuna, and that was it. It was pretty disappointing because I was staving, lol. Other than that they always have your order ready and on time with bread that is fairly decent.

Food is good just wish prices weren't so high and/or more food given in salads, sandwiches, soups.
John the shift manager is wonderful and personable.

This location gets worse every time. Takeout order tonight had multiple items prepared incorrectly and missing proteins on salads and sandwiches. They seriously made a frontega chicken sandwich with no chicken on it. I recommend avoiding this one.

Dont normally order from this location, but my 1st time is not that great. I ordered a sandwich and not only were ingredients missing the ones that were on there were incorrect. Also ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and it was super watery and not the usual consistency.even tasted watered down. Needless to say I probably wont order from this location again. Rather take a trip to the one by the mall.

What happened to my Panera on East Boynton Beach Blvd.so disappointing.
Might need a good cleaning? Makes you wonder about the food we’re eating!

I order a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar soup & a strawberry banana milkshake: I got a cup of soup and no smoothie. I really wasted $20 to be disappointed. Wow.

Do not order online. The portions are very small. In comparison to dine in orders, the take out order or deliveries orders are more expensive and a lot smaller; it doesn’t worth it. I ordered bread bowl brócoli cheddar soup, they gave me a very very small portion of soup with a bread bowl. But the portion was so small that the soup just filled half of the bowl. I paid more money bc was online price, plus delivery tip tax service fee etc, and this soup looked like a joke. Restaurants are not respecting peoples money anymore. This world is corrupted. They only what money by scamming people.

Went to grab breakfast here this morning & was disappointed. I unwrapped my sandwich and the tomatoes & avocado were not good.

The avocado was black & the tomatoes translucent (spoiled.) very disappointed, didn’t eat it.

Just stopped in to meet a friend for a quick break. Had a lemonade and friend ordered ice tea. She loved her tea, my lemonade was tasty. Staff welcoming and efficient.

Love the breads, pastries and atmosphere at all locations. Nothing like a fresh bread, soups and variety or pastries that you can get here. It's my favorite place to stop to when on the road and refueling.

Everytime my online delivery order is wrong. Not through a third party delivery service, through the website. Not custom orders either. Just regular items either wrong or missing. Spoke to the manager and she didn't really care and gave the impression like it happens all the time. Also overall the quality of the food isn't as good as other Panera Breads. This location needs a management shake up

Typical Panera bread. Just about what you would expect. Most of the staff is pleasant. Once in awhile you encounter a rude staff member.

I got an email saying my pick up order was ready and it wasn’t I literally waited over 10 minutes just for one item and the worker in the back was very rude and unfriendly

In a world of indifference and bad customer service Nya is a breath of fresh air. She greets customers with a smile and I watched her be extra kind to two elderly ladies this morning. Kindness is free and Nya is an asset to Panera!

I want to thank the dark haired manager who approached me with such a courteous greeting by asking me if I was with a service dog. Her very next sentence was "Your dog is not allowed to be here". Her poor attitude and approach just ensured that neither I, nor my dog will never come here again. Nice job!

Had my Mediterranean Veggie sandwich I love. But that day, they had no lettuce. Glad they take food safety seriously. My sister didn't get her salad though

First time back to Panera Bread in years Ordered new Spicy Chicken Sandwich came with an apple. Before i left the parking lot had to go back apple was so old should have never been placed in the bag. The girl behind the counter didnt have a care in the world just handed me another apple. Glad i checked before i drove away. No consideration what so ever. Definitely not worth $13.00 for just a small chicken sandwhich not even organic. Chic Fillet would be far better at half the price and have a more friendly, courteous, & attentative service.
