Panera Bread, Port St. Lucie FL

I’m not too happy about the caramel lattes the hot ones every time I ask them for extra caramel because it’s just pure mail. They don’t and it just doesn’t taste the way it used to

The cashier was pleasant and accommodating. However, I paid an up charge for avocado on my sandwich and there was very little avocado on the sandwich. I asked the kitchen staff, who replied, that’s all we’re allowed to put. She continued, I don’t set make the rules or control the prices. Then the manager’s (Kelly Clark) response to me, he said you’re not even sure about how much you paid in up charge, open the sandwich see I can see it, and continued, that’s how much avocado we put on sandwich. He was very rude and condescending. My uncle eats there (Port Saint Lucie West Panera Bread) weekly and we won’t be back. Horrible customer service!
I’m also writing a letter to the location owner and corporate.

Twice now had ordered delivery and asked for extra greek dressing and butter for bread and recieved zero!

Just went here not busy ordered half of steak and cheddar sandwich half of chipotle chicken avocado melt I’m waiting at window I get home and it’s a tuna salad sandwich can’t make this up

I think when taking an order crew should ask and explain better the options. Not everyone knows how to order.
I had a Tuna sandwich, which was poor in flavor and presentation, in my opinion.
It could be better.

Food is never checked at this location. They never put chipotle sauce on the sandwich that is supposed to come with it. Happened to me the last couple times, was assured a manager would help & quality check today. It was not. It’s a convenient location. But the service & quality is degrading.

Ordered a Greek salad to go. Got home and there was no dressing. If that’s not on a standard on a checklist when someone gets a salad then there’s no hope for this place. Also called to speak with a manager about it but I was on hold for about five minutes and eventually hung up.
