Panera Bread, Naples FL

Overpriced! Seems like I’m being ripped off when I go there. The food is better than most other fast food restaurants but I was charged regular restaurant prices. I will only go back if I’m out of other options.

I order the same sandwiches time after time and they’re never the same, there’s always something missing, or the avocado in it, is old and turned black or not enough meat, also I’ve ordered salads, and they forget to put the meat in the salad and the greens were limp not fresh at all, they seem to miss a lot of steps, and it happens so much that by the the time I get home with my order, I’m so dissatisfied that I don’t eat it, or even go back to complain anymore. I’m always hoping they’ve gotten it right. Now I dread going to that location.

Why is the woman at the front so disrespectful? There is just no reason for that. After today I will not b back

This place is a MESS. Wife got a breakfast bagel. It wasn't a bagel, and they forgot the bacon. She went to counter and they offered some bacon. Should have remade the sandwich IMO. Then she found bits of plastic floating in her chai latte tea. They replaced the tea and it was lousy. Horrible experience. They should not have charged or should have refunded for the hassle and mistakes. This place is a hot mess.

Good food, regular panera.not friendly service AT ALL. We felt as if we were annoying them by placing an order

Ordered egg, bacon & cheese & Chai Latte. They left out the bacon and worse there was a large piece of transparent plastic inside the Latte. The kitchen staff could not explain what it was and how it got inside the Latte - I felt sick. No apologies. I will not go back to eat at Panera.

Clean, very good food, lots of items on menu, fresh crisp salad, ripe fruit, friendly staff. Busy, tables & chairs were cleaned off. Bread was excellent.

The food was delicious and Cathy was very accommodating.sheknows the menu very well and was really courteous and friendly.

I hope the owner knows that he has people coming in and getting drinks and not paying for them. I'm just saying. I have a business and would not be happy about it.

Google is wrong, they do not open at 6am. They open at 6: 30… I’m a little disappointed in the reviews. Guess I’ll go somewhere else.

Horrible experience today, 7/22/22 @ 7.45am in this place. Arrived at cashier, can't hardly understand her English, ordered bagel with cream cheese and some preserves or jelly, strawberry and she tells me they don't have it. I went to pick up bagel and asked for strawberry preserves or jelly and it was given to me. I went to cashier and showed her they do have it and she got upset. I told manager employee had bad attitude and manager told me not to worry about it! I called corporate and filed complaint on both! Terrible place to have a meal, lousy, unprofessional people employed. Manager is worse than employee! Please, if you can stay away from this place. While you are sitting at the table little ants walk all over you!

Ordered a chicken salad, almond sandwich. Delivered via grubhub. There was a small amount of chicken. It was just bread and tomato. Will not order from here again.
