Cafe Panera Bread reviews
13I just always enjoy panera. They have the best muffins and soup. And the best iced coffee. David was kind.
Member of the free drink club, so it’s always nice to go in and they have my drinks ready after my in line order.
My whole chicken greek salad had several brown and black rotted lettuce pieces in it. I was so glad that I saw it before eating because I was stirring my salad to get the dressing mixed in well. I no longer order food from this location. They have a lot of kids working who clearly don't understand the importance of food sanitation.
COMPLETELY DISGUSTING
Classic restaurant to be with family and friends, both local and from other countries. It has a food with excellent flavor and the wonderful salad!
Floor and seating areas can be sticky and dirty. Coffee is usually hot and fresh. Service is friendly
I ordered a Mediterranean bowl. It was very poor and not worth it. Never coming back again. I use to love Panera. It is getting worst and worst at every visit.
I dread going to this Panera. Today there were two cars in front of me and it took me 9 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich. On average it takes about 8 to 12 minutes to drive-thru. When I get up to the window there's about five young kids standing around who could give a flying F about customer service. Below is a screenshot. I decided to time my visit today, and that is after I placed my order.
SERIOUSLY? Is Panera Bread on some sort of downward trajectory no one told me about? The last 3 visits have been a complete waste of my time and resources (money.lol). All 3 visits my orders were incorrect. All the 3 visits, I've had to go back and return my order. The first time I allowed for the situation to be corrected by agreeing to allow them to remake my order the right way. That didn't work out and I wasted more time. The next 2 visits, I just asked for a refund. Now I'm NOT RETURNING to give them an opportunity to waste my time. Here's some good business advice.if you're going to hire youngins (cheaper labor) to work these positions, I'm going to need you to invest in better training. The majority of these youngins 'working' at your establishment, don't have the developed brain cells, communication skills, or a modicum of judgment and conflict resolution to be trusted with your paying customer. #ImJustSayin
Good spot for small meetings. Placed order on the app. Went to pick it up, but they forgot to make it. After asking 2 people behind the counter, they realized it wasn't made and they made it. Feel like a lot of Panera locations are having this difficulty, so not really a location issue in my books.
Great place, great food. Sometimes crowded by grads doing homework, but still a nice place to eat. Try their salads and their soups. Great chicken sandwich, too.
I stopped by late in the evening. Skylar Took my order. My food was great. Thank you to all the team members for working late!
I ordered a full size Baja Bowl and the bowl itself tasted great, but the size of the serving looked “half full”.
The best Panera Bread I've ever visited. Place is super clean and organized, staff is super kind and fast, specially Ms Daniella who I think is Brazilian, she is amazing, always ready to help the costumers. Thank you so much Daniella.
