Panera Bread, Cape Coral FL

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and I got a piece of cheese between 2 pieces of warm bread. I told the manager to grill the sandwich and she told me that they did not have a grill. I feel that I got ripped off and deceiving menu. I'm glad I didn't ordered a chocolate milk shake, I would have gotten a glass of milk instead Never going back to Panera again.

The so called grilled cheese was laughable. I thought it a joke at first it fit in the palm of my hand. Don’t waste your time or money here

I ordered a bread bowl of soup for my sister from here. $18.75 later they "say" it was delivered, but it was not! I was trying to cheer her up bc she's in an assisted living facility. All this did was upset her more! I called the place & waited on hold forever, only for them to tell me, they can't do a reorder from the store. They could issue a refund but not place the order. So what makes them think I would have confidence in them to order from their POS website again? !? ! Thanks for bumming my sister out even more! Wtg & Merry friggin Christmas, jerks!

My husband and I got the unlimited sip club and I’ll have to say it’s one of the best subscriptions we have. Not only does it pay for itself in two to three visits of a sip club drink, but the visits help you move toward other free or discounted items. That aside, the workers are all so friendly here and say hi to you when you enter, even if they’re busy cleaning up or helping with someone else. Overall an amazing group of people working there and such a wonderful environment

It's a very fun atmosphere and the staff is amazing and friendly, very accommodating. Food very fresh. It gives you a warm home town feeling. It's my go to place.

I think they have the best bagels around and not to mention the best bakery items as well I really love the almond bear claw.

The sandwiches are basically always very good. But unfortunately they are far too expensive and simply tiny for the price.
The first time I only ordered half, it was so small that I thought it was an inappropriate joke.

Won't go to this location EVER again. Clerk behind the counter Meghan told me I HAD to get another drink and when I questioned why I had to do that she said you know because you are two people. I refused and she said that she would have to ring it up a different way then. Dictating what customers have to buy is too much. Bye Panera.

Unprofessional. Nobody knows what's going on, online orders are constantly wrong and late. Called about a wrong order and was told immediately that their was nothing they can do about it and apparently the Panera App has many problems so it's the apps fault. This is not how you deal with an issue. If a customer pays for food and clearly does not receive it a refund or the food should be sent.

We placed an order through DoorDash, and it never arrived.

We called the store and were told they would remake our order… Mind you, after over an hour wait.

My husband drove down to the store, only to be greeted by a young smarmy manager, who refused to keep her word, and then tried to blame the delivery app.
This, despite the other employees, (who were more mature and clearly experienced,) encouraging her and urging her to follow through with what was promised.

The franchise owner and the chain itself should be embarrassed.
Do not… I repeat, DO NOT order from this Panera location.
There are a lot of other options in Cape Coral run by honest, hard-working staff. If this young woman continues to “manage”— steer clear and avoid at ALL costs.

If no resolution is offered, we will be taking this up the corporate chain.

Great new sandwiches, yummy cheeder broccoli soup and other soups. Salads are all yummy. Of course they have great baked goods. A little pricey but worth it when you dine in.

The staff is always extremely nice and welcoming. The food is always fresh, and the bread is never stale. The best panera bread in the area, unlike some others across the bridge.

Service was great! Manager was always busy along with other employees! Place was clean- love this location

Staff provided great service, especially Elaine. Coffee is pretty good, too. This is my first visit to this Panera and the first time I having anything other than breakfast at any Panera. I ordered the pepperoni/ cheese sandwich.pains me to say, it was terrible. I'll explain.a sandwich should not be 70-80% bread and the rest fixing. I literally removed the bottom bread, doubled the sandwich over, and it still was not a sandwich, in my opinion.disappointing for a sandwich north of $10.

I love love love panera.i went there couple weeks ago, my family and i go there every once in a while and got the chipotle avacado melt.it tasted fine, gave some to my daughter she liked it.i’ve had it before with no issues.i went about my day and like 9 hours later i started throwing up profusely, having food poisoning like symptoms.this is the first time i had ever gotten food poisoning.my daughter woke up the next morning also throwing up a lot.i love panera, im more or less writing this so they know to double check their ingredients and make sure they’re cooking their meats thoroughly.i don’t think i’ll be coming back for a long time.that experience was awful.
