The whole staff treated my injury with importance to not stop til they resolve the issue of pain. Proceed with care and testing to get the pain resolved and keep answering my questions to help fix the issues caused from the wreck.

Had an appointment at 12. Came in at 11: 30, sat in the lobby waiting for over an hour. Then got called to see the doctor, spent another 30 minutes waiting on the examination room. Terrible office, huge waste of time.

First session with Eric, he is very informative and patient. I believe he will help me a lot

Eric was super helpful. He gave me exercises to do at home and helped me adjust my knee brace.

Just had steroid injections in BOTH knees…they were super informative, friendly, professional and got me through the procedure. Even the front desk ladies are amazing!

Is trying to charge me $50 for a follow-up appointment I didn't know I was scheduled for. Also they gave me an injection without me signing a consent form, then called 2 hours after i was already home wanting me to drive back to sign it.very unprofessional. I went in already knowing my condition, trigger finger, it was very obvious. Jaclyn, was rude and annoyed I already knew what was wrong. Anyone with Google can diagnose themselves these days. Overall a horrible experience.

Jacqulyn is fantastic. Dr. Gilmore is fantastic. I drive from Tallahassee to be treated by Dr. Gilmore and its worth it. My shoulder and my hip have been treated and repaired by Dr. Gilmore. The wait time for an appointment is great and you can actually talk to someone on the phone with very little hold time. Thank you Dr. Gilmore and Staff!

So helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me so many options and info on my course of action for treatment. Personality is fabulous. Thank you so much for easing my anxiety about everything!

Both Dr Gilmore and his assistant were polite, responsive, and quick. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’m a huge Florida gator fan I even grow up drawing pictures of Dr. Gilmore but that’s all I know that I could say good about this place if you’re in pain don’t go here… it’s like a Jimmy Buffett‘s Margaritaville of the medical industry you will be greeted with football memorabilia and a very rude staff that will lie to you and much more have a great day you earned this

Dr Gilmore has patient care at the top of his list. He (the surgeon) diagnosed me as not in need of surgery at this time and referred me to physical therapy. Eric and Adam are awesome. The best PT experience I have ever had. I have some renewed faith that I may actually get some relief finally.
