We go to this store for feeder rats every 2 or 3 weeks. They always have what we need. Always pleasant. Awesome staff.

Excellent service, I been getting pet supplies when they moved on Highway 27 north. I will continue to shop there. The representatives are very knowledgeable and will help you find anything you need without hesitation.

Nice staff, just low on stock of different items. Mostly what you need with no excess items to shop for. Very unorganized location and its hard to locate things. I don't go to this location for that reason and because they never have what I'm actually looking for. The fish tank section has been down for a long long time. I was told many time coming back soon but it hasn't as of yet. Prices are okay I can do better in town if you know where to look. Very friendly people and it is nice to have a pet store in this area at least.

They generally have what we need for our fur babies, and if they don’t they are happy to order it for you. We buy canned dog food and treats here fairly consistently. Service is MUCH better than you’ll get at any national chain!

Love this place! It's the closest one to us, being that we don't stay in town. The owner is so nice. They held some items for me to pick up days later and offered to keep them in stock. I got my bunny and guinea pig from here. The animals are healthy and kept clean and well fed. They took my tarantulas in and gave them new homes. Nice employees too!

Jim and his staff at panhandle pet supply Is absolutely amazing! He is always willing to take the time and fully explain every product that he offers and and he stands behind all of those products! He has introduced my dogs and i to new foods that have tremendously helped my dog's skin and coat and allergy problem. I highly recommend this place!

Pretty cool and knowledgeable staff. They are the best. They helped me manage my dog with her fur issues, and piranha when he had cloud eye. Thank you so much and for all you have done!

I bought some flea and tick meds from them in October. It turned out to be expired. Gave them a call yesterday about getting a refund or an exchange. They were super accommodating. I ended up getting a bunch of treats for the doggo. I really appreciate how friendly and efficient they were. I'm definitely going back!
