Panorama Tower, Miami FL

5 star living and experience! We have been so happy with our choice to rent at Panorama. Everyone who works here goes above and beyond from Tatiana in leasing to Jennifer in management and Marci and Marlon at the security desk. The apartments are well built and spacious. The building is always pristine and well taken care of. There are great amenities and the only one lacking is a dedicated outdoor dog run; with all of the dogs in the building this would be a great amenity for the 19th floor. Even though this is one of the more expensive buildings it is worth it. So far all of the residents we’ve interacted with have been so friendly and kind. Some more resident events would be awesome! The only true negative aspect of the building is the parking situation. It is huge and can be cumbersome to find a spot / timely to pull in and out. Thank you Panorama.

Moved to this building from another one in Brickell recently - what a difference let me tell you. Panorama Tower is the best place to rent from if you want to be near the hustle and bustle of Brickell, but not right in the thick of it. I appreciate having some piece and quiet since the building is in a more residential and quaint area.

Pricing is very fair for what you get (I'm actually paying a cheaper rent than at my previous place and I feel like I get soooo much more). And I can't complain to waking up to an ocean view every morning, it's a dream!

Gym facility is arguably the best one among other buildings in Brickell. Very spacious, lots of equipment (though we could use more of certain machines), and has amazing views of the city. Pool area is also great with two options - a shared hotel pool (more for partying and drinking) and a residential pool (more of a chill atmosphere) - and again with views of the city and water.

The only cons I have are the paper thin walls and the way the parking is designed. The walls could be better insulated, I can hear people sneezing and audibly hear conversations next door and it makes me paranoid sometimes that they can hear me too. The garage has very poor visibility and driving up and down is like going through a corn maze.

We just move in and I have to say everything has been great from Tatiana in the leasing office to how good management has help us to make the move in very smooth and easy. The unit was very clean and so far I have no complains at all. I can’t wait for the weekend to come and enjoy all the awesome amenities this building has to offer.

The pool and the gym are always packed! The building management is always making accuses saying that you can bring a guest to these places. But common, your guests don’t spend up to 4-5 hours daily at the gym, but personal trainers do. They bring their clients to the gym and always try to move you from the machine or exercise right above your head. I don’t think this can be called “a guest”.

The pool is also packed with people from the Marriott hotel. Lately it’s been so annoying, I’m not going to renew this place next year.

- Pool is shared with Hyatt hotel
- Mail room isn’t opened every day and mail room lines are insane
- Movie theaters are very gross and smell terrible
- Elevators are broken all the time or cleaning people block the elevator at prime times
- Apartments have 0 storage space, literally zero. Don’t let anyone fool you on this
- Apartment floors are cheap and uneven
- management is unorganized and doesn’t care about the residents
- music room is literally a room with a piano

New management has actually made the building worse. You can't even get through to the management office to speak with them, no one calls back. Last management dealt with a women being push from this building so hard to top that.

The building isn't great, my second year here now. The pool is SHARED with the Hyatt which means there's people partying and drinking at all times. Gym is small and the music room is literally an empty smelly room with a piano.

Right now, in 2022, it's the best building/company to rent from in all of south Florida, especially for 1br units. Excellent location, cordial and competent staff, amazing views, impeccable cleanliness. Mail/packages are well organized. The elevator system is well programmed and optimized. Maintenance requests are handled same day if not the next. The negative reviews are nonsensical lies. My unit is as lush as a five star hotel. To be clear, I can nitpick many things about a five star hotel, and maybe I could about my unit, but I know quality and this is it. The prices are expensive, but that's not the building's fault. You can thank the federal government for that. Other buildings charge the same but you get less. This is the place to be if you want to rent.

My experience has been great at this resistance. We had a issue with the sink and the AC and the guy came to fix it within 30 minutes of making the request. The post can be little difficult as they closed on Sunday and some days they have certain times they are closed, but once you get used to that you are fine. OMG there is a LOT of dogs in this building. If you are a dog lover then you ou have to stay in the lobby area to see the mass amount of dogs come in and out

- PAPER THIN WALLS
- Parking is a pain
- Cheap appliances (refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc)
- Curtains do not block light in the morning
- Smell of pee whenever I walk outside

Edit: Panorama's response is false.
1. These are not condo-standards. I can hear a phone ringing in the apartment next to mine.
2. The dryer takes 3 hours to dry 1 load of laundry. That is not "luxury condominium-level specifications".
3. The pee smell outside has gotten worse since they replied to my review.

The building is amazing but the management makes it even better! They are OVER responsive. I lost an expensive drone on top of the roof and the maintenance staff were kind enough to get a 30 foot ladder out to help me retrieve it. The management really cares.i highly recommend this building.

We love living here for several reasons. The view from our apartment is amazing, we love the classes that the gym offers (especially yoga with Jil) and the gym upgrades (So glad there are punching bags now!) We also appreciate the affiliation with local businesses.

Visitors parking is in the back of the building cost one hour around $11 valet parking. It's really clean building and good security system.

I moved to Panorama Tower less than 2 months ago and it’s a nightmare. I selected the building because of its fantastic location, views and the modern building. However I went to speak to management many times because of the noice, it looks like the pool is managed by the hotel and there’s a DJ playing super loud music from 10am until 10pm 7 days/week. It’s impossible to work from home, watch a movie or simply relax. I’m wearing earplugs in my own apartment and I still hear the music! Every time I go to management they say they’ll send an email to the hotel, but I have a strong feeling they’re not taking the rest of the Panorama guest’s seriously because it’s a month I’m asking for support and I still have the music inside my apartment. If I could go back and did not have a year contract with them, for sure I would move out!

I have been living in panaroma tower for 2 years the view is very nice but the building is trash one of the AC towers is going out meaning certain floors have horrible AC issues. Yes they got an inspection done for the AC tower and I talked to the inspector himself whom was the one who told me about the tower leaking. And how they do not plane to fix it right away. Also I was on floor 6 one day and the elevator was leaking. Also this building leaks like no one’s business. My unit had mold due to a neighbors unit leaking they put me in a temporary unit with NO working appliances for OVER two weeks and yelled at me for being there to long when my unit still was unlivable. Do NOT move here. You do not get service and treated like you pay $4500 plus a month for a one bedroom. Management is rude. I will find pics of the mold and leaks to post as well.

I will be moving to the beautiful city of Miami for the new year from Charlotte North Carolina (go Hornets lol) But on a more serious note the view at this building is immaculate HOWEVER the way the employees talked to a potential resident unacceptable they were rude and nasty. The front desk staff was getting yelled at my a resident for always letting guest up without calling, I mean come on what is the point in having security if they do not secure. Worse part is when taking my tour through out the building I seen roaches. I will be looking for housing elsewhere.

Worse management and security in Miami. Security breaks into cars and steal (there are no camaras in the parking lot) and they also steal the food deliveries DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING

I moved to Panorama Tower two months ago and it has been a wonderful experience from the beginning. Like many, I moved to Miami from New York City. Finding a quality apartment and management company has been quite the challenge. A New York friend introduced me to Panorama and I have yet to be disappointed. The units are beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and management has exceeded my expectations. Tatiana in the leasing office has been very helpful and a great resource to me.

Trying to get leasing availability. The lady I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. She hung up on me before I could ask another question.
