Papa John's Pizza, St. Augustine FL

Gave us one price costed more when they got here. Person on the phone had a hard time understanding English. But food was good.

Worst delivery called placed order called back by manger told 2 hours for delivery paid with credit card told if i cancel it take a week to get my money refunded so ask if i could pickup order was tols inside was closed i couldn't pickup but dont have delivery drivers so have to wait 2 hours this place is a waste of space better bussiness will be contacted

I was in the store last week the past Sunday and was very pleased with Brian is was very Respectful and kind to me and my grandkids after trying to order on line and changing stores was a bite much and walked in and he help get my order right very thankful to him and the whole staff

I wish I could give them negative stars. Even a 1 star is too much for what I experienced with them. Not only the flavor of the pizza but also the fact that the pizza was made in a whole different way that I requested. Besides this, I called to try to have this issues fixed and the one who makes himself call manager or owner was rude, telling me that I was the one who ordered wrong when I had proof. They said they could not fix my order. Also, the wings is just fat and no meat at all, so please do yourself a favor and do not order them. This si the worst pizza, wings and experience I’ve experienced with a pizza place.

Worst service at a Papa Johns I've had. The person that took the order was familiar with the ordering process, I was forced to have delivery, my order was late, and the delivery driver was rude.

Today was a joke if there was an option to give them zero stars I would. Items were forgotten and we told them it was okay please just bring them before our food is cold. They’re 1.7miles away from the house it’s a 7min drive. An hour passed and we still hadn’t seen or heard anything regarding our order so we called only to have the girl be rude and then when she was asked for a refund so we were put on hold for another 15mins. The phone picked up to “thanks for calling papa John’s what can I get for you today” the girl meant to hang up on us and put us on hold by mistake. I’ve never had such a terrible experience ordering a pizza. Very very dissatisfying and disappointing.

Pizza had no taste like it has in the past. Don't know what's wrong but we had company over and they weren't impressed either.

I order pizza here quite often and have never had a bad experience. The manager, Brian, has frequently helped me and has always been nice. The other employees are very friendly, as well. Occasionally I have had delivery and each time it was a pleasant experience.

This is the best Papa John's pizza place I have ever ordered pizza from consistently.it's always excellent and they're fast!

My folks love Papa John's because the crust is soft and there is lots of their fav toppings on that sweet pizza sauce!

Papa Johns has been our go to pizza place since they came to town. The last two pizzas we've ordered have been wrong. Last night we ordered a lg thin crust, square cut, All cheese pizza, we received a thick crust, regular cut and with onions which I did not order. So disappointed in Papa Johns that we're looking for a new pizza place.

I got there 45minutes prior to my order being ready within 15 minutes they had it fully ready it was hot a fresh thumbs up for sure!

They have always delivered to my house now they are refusing to do so. I’m one street out of their delivery area.

By far the worst pizza I've ever had. The meat tastes like it is very low grade. This place is way over priced for the garbage they serve. Better off getting a $5 pizza from little ceasars.

It was such a great experience. My family and I were heading home, hungry. Then, we saw Papa John's. We went in immediately and found amazing service and yummy pizza. So to conclude, I think this Papa John's is worth going to.

This is by far the worst pizza experience ever 30 minute delivery time turned into 1 hour and all I get is this thing that looks like old pizza not even fresh tasting. I stopped ordering from Domino’s because of that. I don’t know what I’m gonna do but I will order out somewhere else. Last time I ordered carry out back on November 4th, the guy cutting my pizza was eating breadsticks or other food at the cut table, that is highly not allowed in the food industry.it’s not worth calling and complaining just to hear someone say the words, I’m sorry. If you’re behind on deliveries sounds like you need to hire more delivery guys and have your delivery guys not do multiple deliveries which delays food and makes it cold.

I have no idea why it takes so long to drive such a short distance. They have never been close to being on time. More like at-least 15 min late but mostly about 30 min after the advised delivery time. This is the only Papa Johns that is consistently late. Maybe they need some GPS in their cars?

Literally the worst food experience I've ever dealt with. Told us 1 hour, turned into waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes. Ending up cancelling because they told us twice it was about to show up. (Ordered 2 cheese pizzas.)

Very good pizza, great flavor. I always enjoy Papa John's pizza. The staff seemed friendly but the service was slower than I expected.

I enjoy the crust dipped in the Garlic sauce that comes for free and the pepper they also give.
