The food was great service waiting with lousy no acknowledgement while we're standing there I understand they were extremely busy answering the phone but never acknowledged that we were there until we had to let them know look we are actually standing here in front of you and no one has asked to assist us yet

Ordered carryout of the shaq pizza which i have had before it is supposed to come with extra xhweze and pepperonis and this is no such thing i wish i could figure out how to upload a pic. When i walked in the lady at register had her back to me. Many workers and no one told her i was there and it was hard for her to hear with mask on. Alsoooo their account registration is trash on the app and website im just irked with it all

Lights are on but no one is home! We live right across from this place and they still deliver a cold pizza. Bad store for good pizza.

My order was evidently ready but they didn't realize it was on the Shelf until I had been there about 10 to 15 minutes waiting.

I waited 1 hr for a pizza to be delivered less than 5 mins away. I eventually cancelled the order. I could’ve have literally walked there and back before they delivered the pizza awful customer service

Great pizza. 1 Star off due to sticker that says Apple Pay on the front door, cashier tells me they’ve never had it. Had to go back out and get the wallet. Not a big deal but please remove the sticker.

Just spoke to the manager Eric told him how AMAZING MY EXPERIENCE WAS! New to the area decided to order a Supreme Pizza (“The Works”) and wings.

Delivery lady very kind and timely! (25 minutes tops!) also the FOOD WAS SOOOOO DELICIOUS!

They don’t have a lot of coupons BUT YOUR TASTE BUDS WILL SAY “it’s worth every penny”!

I always order the seven cheese pizza order flatbread it is delicious but they are more expensive here for a 7 cheese flatbread piece of it is in Tampa

Terrible service. No "hello" or "thank you". I was hardly acknowledged when I picked up my pizza. The arrogant cashier then made me feel dumb as I didn't know whether to hit green or red button on the payment terminal. To top it off I get home with a half cooked pizza.

Great place to buy authentic Italian and American pizzas. Customizable pizzas at an affordable price. Delivery is available but with a small charge. Deliveries are done with punctuality and responsibility. Special offers available for USF students.

I once loved Papa Johns, but what mever they chsnge with the sauce has turned me off. I'm switching back to Hungry Howe

Same Papa John's flavors as the rest. Parking lot is a bit crowded and a hassle sometimes, but the staff is always pleasant and professional.

They always mess something up with my order it's never hot when I complained they tell me pretty much too bad whatever happened to customer service. I mean don't get me wrong I understand.human error it happens I understand that completely but when it's every single time like seriously every single time that's just unacceptable

We ordered 2 large pizzas as usual, i noticed no garlic sauce included in the pizza, when i asked the employee about it, he said they stopped giving for free as it was never part of their pizza! We have been ordering pizza with them for years now and it has come surprise to us!

I ordered an hour and a half in advance and my pizza showed up half an hour late. Honestly only horrible because I only had a thirty minute lunch break for my class so that sucked. The delivery driver did not apologize or anything which could have saved it. However I did call the store and was offered an apology on top of a complimentary pizza. So shoutout to Nathan for handling it so well.

Order pizza from here every week! They are always prompt and the order is always correct. Pizza is always hot and fresh also! Great drivers and great customer service. I usually get the same delivery guy and he is even nice to my loud barking dogs. Will continue to have my business.
