Papa John's Pizza, Seffner FL

Took 40 mins to pick up our order. Wanted to pick something up quick since it was getting late to feed our son and ended up taking longer than a frozen pizza we had at home. Will not be rushing back.

We've been ordering papa johns for a very long time, and I can honestly say this time around is the best I've had in years. This location is always good but this time it was just perfect. I will no longer order from any other location. Seffner PapaJohns from now on. Renee was super nice and friendly as well. Great experience all around.

Two days in a row we ordered. First day was good as should be and timely. Today, we ordered at 1: 44am got off the phone by 1: 53am pizza just got here at 2: 07am (I live two miles away) amazing. So happy I tipped the guy $15 for coming through at 2am bravo

I absolutely hate your outsourcing your call center. The 1st lady could not understand what I was ordering. I asked her to please let me speak to someone else and she couldn't understand that either. I finally hung up and called again, this time he understood me but his system was done, so he switched me to the store. This time they understood me. If I have to go through this every time, I won't be back.

My family and I always order delivery from this location. The service is outstanding

Placed order and pizza was made promptly however I am in happy due to the fact that the toppings were very few to non existent. I ordered extra pepperoni and there was very little on the pie. Why are you cutting down on the topping which makes the pizza. This has happened to me three times. I’m looking for the pizza that does not cut the toppings.

Highly recommend. I’ve been going here for years. Pizza is always good, staff is always friendly/welcoming and the general manager knows how to run the operation effectively

This pizza was disgusting, and I have a high gross pizza tolerance because it’s my favorite food. I ate two pieces of the large and threw the rest away.

Made order 2 hours early to ensure it would be delivered on time. Order is now over an hour late called the store they said it was finally on its way. I would not recommend Papa John's at this moment.

Update: order was an hour and 15 minutes late. Pizza was floppy like it had set a while before delivery.

Fast delivery. Almost, faster than would make sense - especially since our pizza arrived stone cold and undercooked. #grosspizza Haven't ordered from here in over a year - and this is why. ‍️

Customer service plays a huge role and this place is the worse. I was not only overcharged for my order but the food was undercooked. I sent in a complaint and you’d think the problem would be resolved I tried to order again and it was nothing but a hassle trying to get a credit from their last mistake! I’m so upset I even tried this place a second go round. Fair warning take your business elsewhere.

Great pizza flavor, best over any other. Fast delivery, great hygiene! Everything comes sealed. Everything looks and tastes great!

The Garden Fresh pizza was delicious, and the delivery driver did an exceptional no contact delivery.
