Papa Johns Pizza, Riverview FL

I have never had a problem with delivery time or my food being cold or getting the wrong the order. The only issue I have with this location Is that I always order 2 extra garlic sauces I get charged everytime and never get the sauces. It’s not a big deal but it is annoying that they charge for extra dipping sauces and it never comes.

Very disappointed, live less than 5 miles away and they stopped delivering to this area. I have noticed this happening with other pizza places.

The staff at this Papa John’s did an excellent job with my order! I appreciate a job well done and that is exactly what they did! Very friendly, clean, great food, and got the order perfect the first time - super quick, too! Thank you to the staff here, your great work is appreciated!

Ordered today and selected to have it dropped off at the door because I have COVID, driver didn’t drop it off like requested and I had to get somebody else to get my pizza for me also I ordered light sauce on my pizza and I practically didn’t get any sauce at all on it. It’s not that hard to read.

Placed a delivery. Estimated 32 minutes. At about the 30 minute mark I received a text that the delivery was on the way. 35 minutes later I called the store to see what was going on. I was told the delivery driver was given 3 orders at once, I was the last order and it should only be another 15 minutes or so. That means my food was sitting in this person's vehicle for an hour before it actually showed up at my house. Food was warm at best and the wings had become soggy. Spent over $50 to be told I was the lowest priority. Won't be ordering from this location again, unfortunately.

Summerfield Crossing location:
The carry-out service at this location is fast and efficient. My orders are always accurate and staff is very polite and helpful. The prices are good when ordering their specials.

The toppings looked like they were put on with a salt shaker, except the green peppers and onions lol. The
Crust was like shoe leather, awful tasteless. Will go back to Domino’s for my pizza! Was very disappointed!

Don’t order from this location. Apparently they didn’t have enough drivers so they decided to use DoorDash to send me my food. Would have been fine if they sent the DoorDash person straight to my house but instead they picked up 2 other orders and took 3x the amount of time it should’ve taken them to get to my house. Food arrived cold and I’m not ordering from this dumpster location again.

Love their nice hot pizza! The cheese stixs are really good too dipping them in their garlic butter!

I went to order my pizza from Papa John's. I didn't know the pizza prices went up.it's been decades since I've ordered pizza.last time I order a pizza it was like $7 and some change that was decades ago. The staff was awesome good energy. I got a good price on my pizza fresh hot ready to go when it was time thanks a lot I will return.

Placed an order for pick up. The lady that took my payment was polite and attentive. Inside the pizza shop was clean as well. Will order from here again.

Jacob and Bre have the best customer service.they welcomed us with great smiles that just wanted us to order more pizza. This place deserves five stars. Great team

We don't live close to Papa Johns pizza, so when we are in the area, its always a treat. But the pizza we ordered today was a horrible disappointment. The crust was very dark in
color and was like chewing dry tasteless rubber. Not sure if it was a bad batch of dough, or its another company cutting quality for profit. Debating on ordering from there again. 12/01/21 3: 19 pm

I had ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni and bacon.the bacon and pepperoni were supposed to be on one side of the pizza leaving the other side with cheese only, once it was delivered and we started to eat it we noticed the cheese side also had bacon all over it baked into the cheese.but other than that, the pizza is delicious.

Had several deliveries from this location. Quick service, good pizza and friendly delivery folks. No complaints.

Order was delivered faster than quoted and food was hot and as I ordered. There hit and miss moments here and there but this was right on target!

I have not had Papa John’s in several years. Decided to try it again. Tried their meat and their veggie. Pizzas looked beautiful and fast delivery. Unfortunately they both had very little taste. Could not taste any sauce so they were very bland. Also, they were center loaded which is a big no no in pizza making 101.

Crust was raw/dough not cooked fully. Never had that happen on a pizza anywhere. Other than that, same papa John’s as anywhere else.
