Papa Johns Pizza, Plantation FL

I have not had a Papa Johns pizza in about 20+ years. But all the chains seemed to have changed their crust recipe or the quality of the ingredients. I ordered a garden and a meat pizza from here due to a BOGO offer. For a chain, I was impressed. The crust was good and the pizza toppings were as requested. Will I stop making pizza with a triple layer of toppings? No. But at least I know I can get a pizza that is tasty and no work on my end. I will not stop complaining about the horrid pizza from chain restaurants, with the exception of Papa Johns. I hope they don't let me down when I am too lazy or too busy to make my own.

Worst service, very time we order from this place they forget to bring something, last week we ordered they forgot my Pepsi, this time the wings, I called and the “manager” Andrea, has NO customer service skills. Never ordering from here again!

I hate taking the time to special order and not getting what I ordered. I ordered light sauce, didn’t happen, I ordered square cut, didn’t happen. This is the first time I’m totally disappointed with my pizza.

The food was good, not the best but pretty good. Some dishes are overpriced, I think I can get a better portion in other place.
We were 5 people and spent $340 dollars, no great dishes and no big portions. I won’t go back!

The pizza was unreal. Its spicy, crunchy, meaty. PERFECT! I find myself trying to find reasons to go that far from where I live, just so we can go back.

It's alright, it's a chain pizza spot. Good for family dinner. If you want better pizza support a local Mom and pop restaurant

I ordered a pizza yesterday, the works, and it was the worst made pizza I have ever had in my life! The toppings were all clumped up to one side of the pizza and it was cut irregularly. I literally had one slice that was basically a cheese pizza. But I ordered and payed nearly $20 for the works right? Smh. I normally eat at home, but when I feel like treating myself and my family to something tasty and unhealthy, I'm trying to enjoy it at least. You would think that with everything that is going on with the pandemic people would try to conserve their job and their business. I am never ordering from this Papa John's ever again! I'd rather driver to one that is further, that actually appreciates their job and their customers then to order from this one again. And I'm disputing this charge with my bank for the horrible horrible product that you've delivered.

The staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return when we're in the area

The food was good however we had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The service was average and one of our pizzas was served about 20 minutes after the other.

Great selection of drinks, beer on draft and other food, but I was there for the pizza. Staff was nice and friendly.

My son loves it. The garlic dip is great. The pizzas are inconsistent. Some orders you'll get a great pizza. Other times meh. My major issue is even though I'm subscribed to the emails that come out constantly, I get the Papa rewards I still have to mine the internet to keep the order worth me picking it over others I'd rather pay that premium price for. 2 large pizzas for $40 is not happening at Papa John's sorry. I'd spend the money and the drive going to Jet's ‍️

Pizza was delicious i enjoyed the heart shaped pizza, but as i was eating it i found a strand of blonde hair and it was not mine. I noticed when i walked in to pick up my pizza there were two girl employees that were making the pizzas, and they did not have hair nets. While, they had the papa johns hats on it was not enough to prevent hair getting on my pizza. I love papa johns and the quality of their pizza this is my first complaint Ive ever had with the franchise. This is something i believe should be taking in to consideration knowing that customers are spending their money for a good pizza rather than a hairy pizza.
