Papa Johns Pizza, West Palm Beach FL

This place is ina very busy shopping area. As such parking can be a little hassle. But don't despair plenty of parking right on the side. So if you can't park in front no biggie. The pizza was fine. Better ingredients. Better pizza. "Papa John's". Well I don't know if I believe all of that. Its atleast consistent. Same stuff you would get at any other papa johns. So they get points for that. The food was ready by the time I got there. So I was in and out. They were very busy but clearly the manager runs a good store. There were no issues and the employees were happy to help. I recommend this location.

Poor customer service + bait and switch prices. Went to Royal Palm Beach location. No menus were found and no prices posted. The cashier told me to look the prices up online. So, I did. Ordered a pizza that was $15.99 online. He insisted on charging me $20 claiming that the cheaper price was just for ordering online. Refused to ask the manager if they would match the price advertised. This was just a convenient location today, but I learned my lesson to never shop papajohns.

This Papa Johns goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Thank you so much for working so well together & taking care of your community.

Did not have the best experience with this Papa Johns. Ordered from their app, said approximately 43 minutes. Kept checking the app tracker and noticed driver was all over the place in different areas. I know they aren't reliable trackers but it just seemed off. I also know the approximately is just an estimate and realize that can definitely not be the case. I expect 5,10,15, maybe even 20 minutes over that is okay but it was exactly 1 hour and 20ish minutes so that was 40 minutes over the approximate time. Which I feel is insane. And when pizza was dropped off, it was just thrown in the chair sideways and the delivery driver ran off. We received all of our food items, but no sauces that were suppose to be in the boxes and the food was cold. We had to reheat our food in the microwave. Reached out to Papa Johns, hopefully going to receive an e-mail back with at least an apology. Probably won't order here again.

Update: Someone contacted me regarding my order and I replied same day and now its been 5 days with no response back but, they want to "make it right".

Came in with a messy kid asked for a bathroom. When she said no bathroom asked for a wet towel girl at Register rolled her eyes and reluctantly went to get it. How hard is it to help a customer real quick? The eyerolling didnt stop Paid got our pizza and left. Not any changes to this place in years clean enough but needs an update both the place and the front of the house.

This place has terrible customer service. I was try to order some food this Haitians guy at the counter was very rude. He didn’t had his name tag. I ask him his name, and he said that ‘’ you not eat my name you need food. I got so upset and he also so many bad thing. Then I left the store hungry…

The rudest employees. All I wanted was some sauces and was forced to wait 15 minutes while the girl working on 6/8/22 at 9: 05pm was on the phone. I told her before she got on the phone that all I wanted was sauces and she made me wait regardless. Then when I politely asked her for the sauce she was rude and sighed at me. Absolutely rude and unprofessional female employee.

I will not order from them anymore. 2 and a half hours gone by and I haven't received my food yet. I'm glad I was paying with cash. If I was going to pay with my card I would call my bank quick and dispute it. If you give someone an estimate time stick to. I understand 5 or 10 minutes late. But 2 and a half hours. I ordered before the kids got out of school elementary and middle school kids are out and still haven't gotten my food. I called there to cancel it, I can tell that they haven't done it yet because they never said your order is out for delivery. This the Last time they get my service. Been patient long enough.

I am appalled that I was called back after I called the store to advise them that I didn’t receive everything that I ordered and I received the wrong flavor of wings. I was asked to send them a picture. As strange as it seemed… I did! I was placed on hold he came back to the line and say ok ma’am and hung up. I called back to see if he received the photo and I was told that they cant receive photos just phone calls. Well why did you ask me to send in a photo? Then you proceeded to ask if I could bring the wings back. Why should I when I paid for it to be delivered and tipped. Very disappointed! Here’s your photo!

Poor service delivery drivers fail to follow simple instructions and if I pay a delivery fee to go 0.3 miles you are not a unpaid worker

Place an order to my grandparents house. Never showed up. When I called they said they weren't able to send me another pizza out and offer me %50 off my next order. NOT REFUNDING The missing pizza.
As if to accuse me of lying for a 10 dollar cheese pizza. We just switched to domino's.

I placed an order online and received burnt over cooked garlic knots and super thin (epic stuffed crust) pizza w no toppings or sauce when I asked for pineapple on it. I came in and showed the pictures to be told I could get a coupon for a free pizza next time or half of my money back. We threw it away and couldn't even eat it.

I will not be ordering from here again!

The lady I spoke to on the phone has terrible communication skills and can’t understand simple words.

I've been ordering pizza for my guys frequently and this is one of the best managed stores around Palm Beach County. I don't remember if they ever messed up our order, and they were always on time.

We ordered the stuffed crust pizza and the whole pizza was soggy, and ordered chicken wings and was like they boiled the wings and put barbecue sauce on top, really poor quality, I do not order from them again,

Love the chicken wings and the chocolate chip cookie. Get the cookie and you will NOT be disappointed. Wings are the beat of any pizza place. I just wish they had a table inside.

Good customer service on phone/ person. Never had any problems at this pizza place. I've been ordering from this place over the yrs now in Loxahatchee area. Ex: when I order buffalo wings and ask for Xtra crispy they listen and my
food comes out right.

Got a pizza well done and asked for it to be close to burnt. They nailed it perfectly cheese was crispy crust wasn't too dark. Good job guys!

Thanks Luna! Great service. Great people. I have been ordering here for my family for 7 years. Really puzzled by these bad reviews. Maybe we received one pie in all these years that was unacceptable. Employees are also always delightful.
