Papa Johns Pizza, Palatka FL

I usually love papa johns. Only place I eat pizza from.
For the first time in ever I was not please! I ordered a meat lovers pizza large. I got home an opened it up to find literally all the toppings in a pile in the middle of the pizza half the pizza was just cheese. Idk how they could have missed this besides someone just being lazy or took to many puffs puffs on break. But just ughh.

One of the worst experiences, the driver left the pizza and chocolate chip cookies outside the door without ringing the doorbell, almost 2 hours later when my neighbor called me to tell me I have a package outside the front door.long story short the pizza ended up in the trash …This is the last time I will order from papa John

Had a great experience! Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great! The New papa bites are AMAZING (Ckn Parm, & Oreo ones we tried) for sure recommend! Clean and very friendly staff’

Got their bbq “poppers” boneless wings. For one, whoever made these barley even drizzled bbq sauce on them. Like maybe 4 thin lines of bbq. Some didn’t even have the sauce on it. Secondly, idk when they changed the recipe but it is not the best. It literally tastes like frozen chicken nuggets breading. I used to absolutely love their boneless wings. But this was just pathetic. Idk how to share photos here but I just wish I could show the wings I received compared to the menu photo

Got the Epic Pep pizza. It was so good. Good service to. The guy even opened the door for me cause I guess the door is heavy to open. Thanks so much.

I so enjoy their pizza and chicken wings. They are always quick and courteous even when they get so busy!

Be Jeff. So got a pizza and drink delivered, or so I thought, I had edited my order and forgot to add my drink. When Jeff the delivery driver delivered my pizza I asked where my drink was and we figured out pretty quickly that it wasn't on the order (my fault). He went and made a few stops then came back to bring me a soda. He didn't even have to do that. Super decent guy.there's not a whole lot of really nice people left anymore more who do things even though they dont have to, and are being genuinely nice. Anyways food was great as usual.

I ordered the new Chicken Alfredo bowl and I will Not order it again!
Not very much food in the bowl and very little Alfredo sauce.
It didn't look like the advertising bowl on the website.
It was very disappointing!

Foods always good but it be nice if they would reign in their prices. Delivery fee plus a tip seems kinda pointless to get it delivered. I get the tip but seriously your stuff is already expensive. Every time I order 2 pizzas by the time everything is added up 50 bucks gone.

They didn't seal the box so it came open at first I though someone had been eating off it, when they doordashed it too me but no pieces were missing here is to hoping is wasn't contaminated in any way. I don't think the driver would have but ya can't trust people now a days. Guess this establishment must not take covid mandates serious. Just so ppl know there is a new stain of covid out so be careful out there folks likely won't order from here again im immune system compromised so I value what health I have left.

Papa John's in Palatka has polite and professional staff that made me feel like a valued customer.

Not really sure how to rate this 1. As pizza goes, it's not bad. As prices go, it's better if you can get 1 og the deals they have. Drawback on the deals is, most of them are on the app, and we can not get the app to work. ‍️

My only complaint is when you call to place an order you are directed to a call center and not the store directly. The lady at the call center didn't get my order 100% bit the staff at the store quickly corrected it and gave a discount for the troubles. I've always have a great experience here and feel welcomed. I do not recall any times I have had issues with the food. I will be going back again.

This place is a joke my order got canceled and I've been hung up on multiple times! And y'all wonder why u can't hire any drivers! Nobody wants to work for a joke of a place!
