Delivery driver really tried to keep my hot wings and I still gave him 10$ tip I remember my order was $42 delivered all I got was a medium pepperoni and cheese pizza and a small order of hot wings and one papa Dia and a coke The Guy give me my pizza and papa Dia and I asked for my wings he said that’s all they gave him so I said no this isn’t what I ordered I’m missing stuff I’m going to call the store then boom he pulls out my wings out of his red pouch and says oh guess it was in back of bag then I just walked inside I thought to myself I’ll just let this go but then I’m like man if he just did this to me I wonder how many times these drivers pull this kind of stunts sadly

Pizza hot like always. I love Papa John's. It's up there with the best don't forget your butter sauce. Enjoy your expensive taste in this pizza.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I boycotted this location for 5 years due to terrible service and delivery times. I recently began to order again, hoping things had changed. Today, I ordered a single large pizza. Two hours later a delivery guy shows up in my driveway. After allowing him to sit about 5 minutes in my driveway, I walked out to see what was going on. He handed me a pizza and took my money but he looked very confused. I went in and checked the box he gave me and it was not even the right pizza. The delivery expert was still sitting in my driveway so I took the box back to him. He said he gave me the wrong one and that he left mine at the pizza shop. He came to my home after two hours of me waiting with the wrong pizza, gave me someone else's pizza and then probably delivered that one after I touched it, totally disregarding Covid contact procedures. I called to complain and was left on hold for 20 minutes before being addressed. The person told me if I wanted my pizza it would be another two hour wait! No expediting for your mistake to take care of your customer? Nope. Nobody cares. No empathy, not even an apology. This is why I will no longer order from this location, once again.

Called an employee to change my order from carry out to delivery. 2 hrs later never got my order. Called and was hung up on more then 10 times. Spoke to a manager. Manager was rude, no empathy, extremely poor management skills, terrible, loss of words how horrible my experience was.

I order pizza for my kids waited over an hour to get it didn’t Even know they had sat my order on the porch I went outside to check mailbox and boom my pizza was on porch full of ants I call to report it they told me in order to give me a new pizza I would have to show old one n than they hung up on me so I put the pizza in my car in a bag full of ants n took it back to them I had a few words with the manager Luis I asked him who delivered my food n why did they just sit on porch he said he don’t know because it was DoorDash and I’m like well I didn’t order from doorDash I ordered from u guess‍️ Long story short my kids ended up not getting pizza n I still haven’t received my refund who do I talk to now?

The store sign says they open at 11 but online says they open at 10 that's the only thing confusing. Other then that they are the best papa John's!

Bad service, everytime I have an issue I get hung up on, as well as them canceling my orders when I order 20 minutes before they close. I only go back for the stuffed crust.

This used to be a decent restaurant. Now however you are lucky if they can get every other order correct, and always expect to receive less than you pay for.

I really like the pizza from papa John's down here in Florida. My personal favorite type is the meat lovers. I recommend using the app for making your pizza to how you would specifically want it.

The phone number doesnt work. You cant call in an order your food like a normal human being. And because of that you're forced to use the app. BS. GET IT FIXED!

Called to get delivered at 6: 18 and down for delivery what's up with that probably had no one to do delivery manager needs to learn how to do schedule very disapointed

It's been years since I've ordered from any papa john's.very disappointed.took longer than usual for pizza.pizza was at most 1 out of 10.jalapenos rolls.never should be on menu.and wings are bad and cold.won't make same mistake again.

This is the second time we have attempted to order from this location and the second time that we cannot seem to reach the restaurant once the order has been placed. Every time we contact them for a status (it’s been over an hour since we ordered 1 pizza) and they seem to be unable to locate us or reach out even though they confirmed my phone number twice. We tipped the driver in advance and still no pizza. Our status update? “Your pizza will be delivered to you in 114 minutes. ”

One pizza. They are 4 minutes away. How is this possible? And why can’t we get ahold of anyone?

Good pizza, terrible delivery window. Last couple times delivery took over an hour and a half. No excuse for that. Other local pizza places have never taken anywhere close to ONE hour, let alone 1.5-2. Once got my pizza past close, midnight, after ordering around 10 PM.
