Papa Johns Pizza, Fort Myers FL

Ordered online 11: 15am no issues the delivery time was 30 to 45 min left the store at 11: 35am according to the app at 12: 30pm order still had not arrived and the driver tracking was turned off I called and spoke to John asking what's going on with my order no apology or anything just that his driver had multiple deliveries once again I still had no issue. I called once again was put on hold right away then John answered again I said who I was and what was going on and I just wanted to cancel the order he blew up started cursing and finally said I was done cursed back and while he was constantly yelling into the phone I just hung up
There was zero reason for this to happen I recommend that the owner of the franchise listen to the recording because if he is the manager something is extremely wrong.

Worst papa johns i ever had i order one pizza and they served Me the wrong pizza and gave a cheese and onion pizza didn’t wanna re make it or anything they just give me a refund and let me and my family starve!

Never had a bad experience here yet. I live right down the street. I use them at least twice a month.

We had one of their pizzas that's turned into a sandwich I forgot what they call it but anyway it was really good it was made to what we wanted I would definitely do it again there's enough for two people it's called Papa DIA h the press does not like a regular pizza it's dinner and it's really good and you can reheat it under a wet paper towel

I love PaPa Johns however this is the closest one. Well, and its bad. Managers who fight with you when an order is wrong, pizza coming almost raw. Dissapointed that they have such a great product, but this store is terrible to deal with. Management there needs some courses on how to handle customers. Come on, get your stuff together and represent like you should be doing. Dont send a pizza out the door you would not eat yourself!

Papa John's is now outsourcing the ordering to another country. The person on the other end didn't even know how to pronounce Fort Myers. On top of that, no pun intended, there is only about 50% of the pizza covered with toppings. The outer three to four inches is all dough. I will not be ordering from Papa John's again.

Lied about using Doordash, we asked if they had used alternative delivery services (Doordash, etc) the person on the line said no, yet the times that are given are unreasonable unless they use said alternative services, and when the "driver" arrives its a doordash worker with a now cold pizza

Ordered online. Waited over an hour. The pizza never came. They claim it was delivered so I called them and they say we have no idea where the pizza went. It’s not our fault. We do not know. I asked for a refund and they told me they would try. It’s astonishing how ignorant this crew is. Blown away by the lack of candor and customer service. Your whole business is to deliver pizza and they can’t even do that.

Never again will I order papa John's.if i can give them zero star i will give them a negative zeros. They dont deliver to my neighbor hood. After dark. A while ago i order pizza it was still day light out. They call telling they cant deliver. I ask y they first said they dont deliver after dark.then change it saying after 5pm they dont deliver. They discriminating my neighbor hood where i lived at. But they deliver every where else.

Allyson was rude and lied straight to my face. I live like next door and order often! Why I have this same issue is beyond me! I get out on hold without so much as a hello! Then the store looks empty from the outside looking end and door locked. This underachiever has the nerve to tell me she is alone. When there is 4 people on the shift. So everyone is in the back of the store and keep in mind I was on hold for 30 mins with not a word spoken. So I drove to the store! To have an experience like this. I put in a complaint with corporate and will update this review after speaking to the manager. Corporate stated a part of the management team will contact me within 48 hours.

I order delivery from here often and usually everything is great & the drivers are super friendly! I always leave a 10% tip on card & then also hand the driver CASH so I know they personally receive it. On 1/22 I had a driver waiting for no longer then 5 mins (they didn't even knock on my door) and when I went out there the driver was the RUDEST I HAVE EVER SEEN. I ran out apologizing saying "sorry dear! " He says nothing, puts the pizza on top of my car and starts to walk away. I loudly say "thank you! " And still nothing! Not only did this gentleman miss out on a 10$ tip, but its a bad look for the company all together. Might wanna check his attitude.

The cheeseburger pizza should be called the "pickle pizza" since that's the only thing you can taste, horrible! So after a little coaxing, we got the dogs to eat it, hope they don't get sick!

Said it was out for delivery it would have taken me 10 minutes to drive thete. 35 mins later still no pisza!

Worst service ever. Ordered pizza for work. Never received it. I was told they went through another company to deliver the pizza and this location never followed up waited 2 hours. For nothing.

Papa john failed to deliver pizza and two items after I paid my credit card around 5 pm so I waited for delivery for two hours now I demand a refund from credit card company. Unhappy and Unsatisfactory.lousy app!

Called to order delivery, was put on hold for a little over 20 minutes.i assumed the girl forgot i was holding so i hung up, and called back.she was extremely rude "im the only one working right now so your gonna have to wait a minute. " First of all i did wait a minute.over TWENTY minutes actually.second, she could have told me that the first time she put me on hold instead of wasting 30 minutes of my time.this isnt the first time i've received horrible attitude/service here. I did still order from here after my first experience because a family friend is the manager and assured me it would be taken care of. However, clearly the entire staff is this way so i will be going else where from now on.wouldn't even give one star if that was an option.

All perfect! No hidden fees & pizzas were delivered fresh & delicious on time by courteous driver. Will order again!
