Papa Johns Pizza, Clearwater FL

I am so mad right now! Pizza is cold and dried out! I picked the $15 large pizza with three toppings it charges me 16 with a 2l Pepsi and my pizza was late on top of it. I paid $26.12 for it plus a tip of $3. I am so mad right now! And then leave the review on the app after they left and it wouldn't submit my complaint.

We ordered delivery online. After 1 hour we received a cold pizza. It was hard to chew. There was barely any cheese or toppings. Needless to say, Friday night pizza was a total failure. Over $20 dollars is wasted. Can I get a refund for this?

Food/delivery 1 star.customer service from the guy who answered the phone, I give him 5 stars. I ordered a pizza, boneless wings, and a soda… delivery guy didn’t have my soda, kinda disappointing but I’m not gonna make the man go back to the store and back to my house for a soda. Pizza wound up being cold, too & boneless were just not good. The guy at the store who I spoke on the phone with was very nice and understanding & I feel like he deserves a compliment. Sorry I didn’t get his name… ordered around 7pm on 1-27-23. I hope he can get the credit he deserves for good customer service.

I will never come to this location again in my life. The most unaware unprofessional, inconsiderate, laxidatical, unpolite and unconcerned with their job duties incompetent group of characters I've seen in along time. (SMH) Mangement wouldn't even give names! Service terrible. Management Awful! I bet production sale are down compared to local Papa johns in the areas due to mismanagement employees affairs. Dont waste your time money or energy!

Very unhappy I have spent a lot of money on ordering from papa johns pizza and it been great the last three time I’ve ordered this first time they gave me wrong order second time only half my order then tonight’s order I ordered to pizzas which were barely warm and my chicken Alfredo literally had no pasta four tiny pieces of chicken and was barely enough for three bites for 10$ just really upset below are two pictures. One is other pasta before I even took a bite. The next picture is me scooping it all together into one pile early enough for three bites

Called after waiting almost an hour and a half after ordering pizza for them to tell me it would probably take another hour to get my food delivered. I understand staffing issues but they could've at least called or texted and told me it would take that long instead of letting my food sit and get cold, barely ate any of it. Kid in the kitchen was laughing when I walked outta there - great service man

Seriously the worst. Took 2 hours to deliver, was cold and rubbery when I opened it, as you can see in the pictures the garlic sauce was even cold and almost solid. After an hour and a half wait, I called the store and they assured me that my order was on the way. A little over 30 minutes later is got here. I called to let them know about the condition and the manager tells me that my pizza just came out of the oven 20 minutes ago. So they got some teleportation device that runs between the store and delivery car? It's the only explanation for how my order could have been on its way 10 mins before it came out of the oven.

If i could give 0 i would! Poor customer service delivery driver did not deliver my damn food. Was on the phone 20 mins because he couldn’t find my building number and claim he drove around looking for my apartment door

Just what you would expect from a pizza joint with high school drop outs.horrible service.

The people making the pizzas dont read the orders. Ordered several sides of sauces they shorted me on and when I got home, noticed there was no pepperoni or the extra beef I paid for. Called them and told them I wanted it delivered since it was their error. The manager had the nerve to tell me they would charge a delivery fee and told me I should've checked it before leaving! I shouldn't need to check my pizza, its their job to make it right and get what I paid for. They refused to have it delivered so my husband had to go out in a storm and use more gas because of their error. It was over an hour later before we got to finally eat dinner. Manager, Alicia, has a very poor attitude and lacking any customer service skills.

Not great place. My food was messed up multiple times, the exact same order everytime and only one pizza, yet they always manage to mess my pizza up. The food is great at times, but would recommend that you buy from another store to save headache and hunger from your poor stomach. 1/3 times you order will always be guaranteed to be late or messed up.

Every single time I try to call and make an order the same girl keeps trying to put me hold and when I walk in to pick up my order there not even busy at all there on there phones talking and walking around the store if you don’t want to do your job than why keep clocking in every day. When I speak to the dude he never puts me on hold and is very courteous and respectful she needs to get a different position. This is the location closest to my house so that’s the reason I always go here

A little over a hour ago I ordered a cheese pizza with cheese in the crust and extra sauce. The guy got lost and the pizza was warm but when I opened the box I got very upset because there was a very wide crust with barely any pizza attached to it. I called to speak to the manager and she offered a free pizza next time we order one. What are we supposed to eat tonight. That pizza cost me 24 dollars and change. Money is tight right now. That's not right, they should have sent another one in it's place. May not order from them ever again. This was two days ago, we decided to order our free pizza but found out it wasn't free at all, that we would have to pay a delivery fee once again, we decided not to get anything. They just lost a regular customer that ordered from them at least twice a month. Never again. That's not how you treat your customers. If there was no stars that's what I would have chosen. It's not the first time having problems.

Terrified to order from here. First time I ordered, roughly a month ago, a portion of my pizza was crushed (as if someone sat on it). I kind of brushed it off, however, I gave another chance and the second time I recently ordered, I called an hour after placing an order. I was told it was just delayed. Called back another hour (2 hours later at this point) to be told my order was lost. I got refunded and the person I spoke with was nice to me. If I never called though, no action would have been taken.

Corporate order w/a call ahead request on the order. Driver never called and order sat at front desk for 40 mins till the store said the drive had already delivered. Told them about the all ahead and lady on phone could care less. So now its cold pizza, wings, bread and warm soda. Yum: - (

Horrible location and management!
They screw up orders several times and don’t even care to help the customer. I’m not sure who’s running this place but they need additional training. The carry out takes over an hour even when they’re not busy. You place an order online come home open the box and it’s something completely different. How many times can one place mess up the orders. This is insane!

If y'all can't do better than sending out cold, doughy pizza than seriously, close your doors. I'm tired of shifty food. I don't know who's worse, you or Central Pizza, but I won't give either of you another chance. Stop wasting people's money!

Ordered delivery to the hotel. The tracker didn't work, pizza showed up when it was still "preparing". Driver was great. They didn't deliver my extra sauces! Pizza was good as always.

I tried my first Papadias. Sorriest excuse for a pizza. It's a 9" pizza with a thin crust, folding and cut in half. I actually used my tape to measure. $7.99. You have got to be kidding me! Very disappointed. Never again. I will drive to Little Caesar's and get some real pizza for $5.99 or $6.99.

This is the worst Papa Johns I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. To give you an idea, I used to order from the Papa Johns on Gandy 12-15 times a month.

Pizzas are delivered with flat, tough crust, rather than the light, fluffy crust it should be.

Jalapeno Poppers are mushy balls of uncooked dough with barely any cream cheese and jalapeno filling.

Alicia, the manager, does not care that her cooks are making the food incorrectly, which is indicative of the bigger problem, poor management.

I would avoid this Papa Johns, and go out of your way if you have to, if you expect to have an authentic Papa Johns experience.
