Papa Johns Pizza, Winter Park FL

This location is so inconsistent and never gets my online order right. Sometimes the pizza is great and others it’s made so sloppy. I always order extra sauces and they get it right 30% of the time.

I live around the corner & my husband gets pizza for us here whenever we want pizza. Great every time. I’ve never had an issue with the food/employees.

Got the wrong pizza delivered I live a block away instead of bringing me the right one they said my next pizza will be free I called up today to order a pizza they know nothing about what I was told before I still don't understand why they didn't bring me the correct pizza that day and make it right

I ordered over the phone and waited 2 hours for my delivery, but it didn’t arrive. When I called, they said the order wasn’t in their system, but the payment had still gone through. They didn’t apologize and wouldn’t refund it because the order wasn’t in the computer. I don’t know what happened to my money, so I have to contact my bank now.

Never gets my order accurately. I never get the pizza dipping sauce. I've been on hold for 35 mins and no one has answered the phone. Once they answered the phone, they said that they are too busy and don't have time for my call. Pathetic.

I ordered Papa John's pizza online. I somehow ordered extra jalapenio instead of no jalapeno. My screw up.
I ordered no mushroom, they put mushroom on it. Their screw up.
I figured it was my bad and I would starve.
The manager sent out another pizza and she wrote me a note. Freaking awesome service! Too add the delivery men were friendly and fast. Thanks!

Two words for the epic stuffed crust pizza I got from this store. Epic fail! The soggy pizza stuck to the box so nicely I think I got a piece of cardboard. Garlic cheese sticks were just as bad. Would not recommend.

Tastes about as good as any Papa John's, but their customer service is amazing. They messed up an order when it was supposed to be half pepperoni half mushroom, they ended up putting pepperoni on the whole thing. They refunded us, remade another pizza and gave us a free credit for a large in the future.

Pizza cold. Really greasy. Cheese in crust was hard to chew. Crust chewy as well. What is happening to this chain?

I really love Papa John's pizza, but this place is horrible. The crew are rude and give a pretty bad service. I won't recommend for pickup. I spent $32 for a pizza and wings and asked for parmesan cheese and they were charging me $0.50 for each small bag. The most expensive parmesan cheese in the whole world, if I bought 20 bags will be $10 and I wouldn't be able to fill half a regular $3 regular parmesan bottle from Walmart.

They sent me the wrong pizza then argued I was wrong, gave me the wrong number to corporate after they were rude on the phone. Then called me back again while I was on the phone with corporate to be rude and try to intimidate me. All I wanted was a pizza.

Waited an hour for a pizza they had the wrong address for (I put my address into it online) then I called the man who awnsered the phone said he would speak to a manager about it and someone comes to the phone and says thanks for calling papa Johns how can I help you? Like bro did your employee not tell you the problem. Then told me to wait 45 more mins and offered us nothing. They are incompetent and brainless. If you can’t work at a pizza place I’m sure natural selection is coming for you. Have a nice day. Jerk offs. I love papa johns but it really does depend on the employees to make any company a success.

Tastes more like card board than not. Veey bland. Use to be much better. Very sparse toppings, crust more raw than not. Frozen pies are actually better.believe it. I'm done. Have to find a better pizza place.

Not only did it take TWO hours when the estimated time of delivery was for 38-45 minutes, but when the pizza did arrive it was cold and missing the pepper and garlic sauce that are supposed to be included with every pizza. When I called after an hour and a half with no delivery in sight, I was told that they were "busy" and "sorry". If thats the case, shouldn't the pizza at least be warm? And include what it's supposed to?

Very "meh" service. Stood inside unacknowledged for over 5 minutes before one of the kids there said someone else was coming to help soon. Needs to work on cutting pizzas better as well.

Came fast but wasn't cooked.called to ask for a refund as I'm a poor student who cant afford much food but they said they dont give refunds on raw pizza.you tell me if this is raw or not.

Usually pretty good. I’ve ordered from here multiple times. They are always open late which is a plus. Communication could use some work, as I’ve ordered food and they didn’t care to call and inform me they were out of it, letting me just show up. Nothing fancy overall but it’s good, inexpensive food when it’s needed.

This place is horrible! Super rude and disrespectful manager. They are cheating on pizza sizes. Paid for 2 Large pizza’s 14 inches instead of that I got 2 medium 12inch.
When I complain manager were super rude, he said that box has to be 14inches, not pizza!
What is the funniest thing he proved to me that this is the size of the pizza should be in this box.
Not recommended for anyone this place!
