Papa Johns Pizza, Sebring FL

I order square cut every single time for the past at least 3 or 4 orders it has not come square cut ITS ON BOLD LETTERS ON THE SIDE OF THE BOX I get every once in a while but every single time for the past month is crazy oh and i did this review in the parking lot when I get home my extra sauce is leaking I’m just done with this place

We grab something to eat out from time to time and had rewards for here. Ordered take out several times elsewhere. Now this our go to for pizza. Good deal, consistently delicious, soft chewy crust. The spicy stuffed crust is it

What a joke. The app has their delivery hours until 11pm and we place an order at 10: 20 only to get a call at 11: 02 that our order was cancelled. I will never order from papa John's again.

Today is my anniversary and I had to work so to surprise my pregnant wife I thought I would bring her home some pizza. Well I called to make my order and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, so I almost hung up, but do to the circumstances I decided to go ahead and suffer through the condescending smart remarks and still order. Then I arrived and I’m pretty sure they gave the person that showed up after me my order, only because after I got home I realized I had the wrong order. Well I live 30 mins away and once again due to the circumstances decided not to go back. And that is a permanent decision, I will never go back. I’ll drive to Ft Meade next time. They have excellent service and excellent food.

Not as good as they were when they first opened. My last pie wasn't cooked all the way.

I've ordered two pizzas in the past month and this last one was lacking and toppings majorly I'm very disappointed and will look elsewhere next time

I know the manager there his name is Tim he makes all the pizzas I asked him one day how many pizzas do you think you have made he said close to 1,000,000 or more in 20 years his reputation says it all he makes a great pie.

Really bad customer service skills. Won't be back. Should give your customers the correct order.

Spent 50$ plus a tip for everything to be wrong. Theirs either no cheese on it or it's wrong.

First order at our local Papa John’s (935 Sebring Parkway), and it was excellent! …delicious crust, good amount of toppings, cooked perfectly and delivered hot…we will definitely order again! Thank you!

Good pizza. Great stuff. All you need is at Papa John’s Pizza. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza with stuffed crust. The best!

The manager has been there for over 22 years and the pizza we ordered was delicious as well as the chicken bites. My daughter really enjoyed the cinnamon dessert but I didn't because it was Way too greasy from the butter?

I ordered a pepperoni, onion and mushroom pizza, delivered. We had a very pleasent woman deliver it. Opened the box and was so socked I had to laugh! There were 4 pieces of pepperoni, 3 slices of onion and 3 mushrooms thrown on it and all placed right smack in the center of them pizza. 1st time order to Papa John's AND THE LAST!
