Papa Johns Pizza, Tampa FL

Was hung up on by the manager himself and when coming in to pick up my order, he told me they are too busy.

I’ve always been satisfied with this Papa John’s the pizza is always good just the only thing I don’t care for when you order there is no place to sit but the foods always good so no complaints here.

Got my order, they forgot my soda. No napkins. Called oh sorry we will send soda! A little late now. Seems to be the norm with every place, we mess up your order don't include common sense things. But we should get paid 15 a hour, and get a big tip. Tips are for good service not stupidity. And good pay is for doing your job. Not playing with your phone and screwing up.

Pizza was ok Not “New York” style, tastes like it always does. Desk staff is absolutely worthless though. Stood there waiting with no acknowledgment of being there. Went over and just took my pizza and left and said “ok then good night” Good riddance to the worthless staffer at the desk… not surprised at all though honestly. Sorry Papa John’s that you’re forced to hire the worthless and useless. She did good pretending to be busy though.

Second chance:
Surprise, surprise. A chain restaurant that doesn’t care about anything. 1 star, never ordering again. Shame on me for thinking they had their act together and could follow simple instructions and produce a pizza.

Food is great but the employees I’ve spoken with are awful. I feel bad for any good employees there (if there are any)

He was lost, I didn’t see the message till a few minutes after.

I felt so bad!

I texted him back;
But I figured he had given up and gone back.

Nope!

He replied instantly!
And said it was ok.

He showed up at the front door
with my pizza still hot and a smile
on his face even though it was
a stressful moment.

Lucas helped me out with my order tonight. He truly went above and beyond. I just moved into a condo and I don’t know the gate code and he worked to find a driver that knew how to get in! Just wow! Then he had recommendations when I asked him questions- seriously, thank you so much Lucas, you made a stressful move more positive because of how hard you worked to help!

Too expensive for my taste $14 for a medium cheese pizza, and it was undercooked I bit doughy

I have had great pizza here but when I tried the crispy parmesan crusted specialty pizza I was very unhappy. First of all it doesn't say it's thin crust and it doesn't deliver on crispy at all. Also on the works they put too much Canadian bacon and not enough sausage so you just tasted salty vegetables and no balance with the meat. This was a very disappointing pizza from a company that normally does better. And I ordered extra sauce and there was no extra it was less then the normal amount I am used to but since it was thin crust maybe this was all it could hold. I won't get pizza like this ever again!

First time in a couple years ordering from here and it hit the spot. Had the Large Epic Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust. The stuffed crust had cheese and pepperoni in it.

It took 25 minutes from the thought of having pizza to me actually sitting down and eating pizza. My food arrived quickly, fresh, and hot.
