Papa Johns Pizza, Land O' Lakes FL

It would be too long to wire everything that happened. But our order was supposed to be delivered, was 2 minutes away on app then started driving back to store. Called the store and the manager was like talking to a rock. She just kept telling me he hadn't ordered it yet. Obviously. Then the driver gets back to the store and our order says processed. Call back again and once again the manager is like talking to a 5 year old. She was extremely rude and couldn't explain why our order wasn't there. Our food came almost 2 hours after order and the driver said he never knew about a second order. So the store messed up and wouldn't admit it. 0 stars if possible, how can you be this negligent and dense. Never ordering again.

How are you going to buy a franchise and not honor the deals they have. Obviously your store must be hurting bad.

2nd year in a row we have been disappointed in Papa John‘s in Land O Lakes for Halloween. This year I placed my order at 11: 25am for a 4: 15pm pick up. When we arrived they did not have our order. Keep in mind, I verified the location twice, my name and phone number were confirmed and I was thanked for being a Papa John’s reward member (clearly identifying me in their system). We were told we could wait two hours for them to fill the order now. Manager was nonchalant and insisted we ordered it at another location. Meanwhile I show my call log proving the correct location. Last year we waited two hours past the delivery time and went to the location to pick it up to avoid an additional wait only to find they hadn’t even started it. If you want to be disappointed in service and treated like you are not important swing by Papa John’s of LOL. Wouldn’t recommend this location or ordering when hungry. Too many other pizza options to put up with this type of customer service.

Super Amazing skills throwing pizzas nonstop when busy, it was awesome to see this team perform the way it did on a super busy day.

This team knows how to put a great pizza together, finger leaking food, and delicious soft dough, grab it and deep it in that garlic butter sauce.

They've earned a badge and deserve an applause for serving this community and this community should be grateful for having this team serving them, I can't wait to order from them again. Absolutely horrid customer service. If they do speak it's rude! Way too comfortable in their jobs and dont realize customers are the reason they have pay checks. Worst restraunt in the area! Hire new employees and maybe I will return.

Slim pickings around this area. Best alternative if you want authentic Pizza is Pizza Pie. Papas has been hit or miss for over 1.5 years I lived in the area. Always delivery or pick up but its each time it's a surprise what you will get. Maybe someday in the next century a few restaurants will realize the demand in the area and actually build out here. The last new "restaurant" to open was "Culvers" lol.
Overall, the pizza is what it is. All the stuff is thrown on the dough perfectly measured put through the oven, boxed and on its way. Don't expect great, keep expectations tamed and hope you get edible.

Excellent Service and Food. Great pizza and breadsticks. Their APP is easy to order, and they send you an email for confirmation and when your order is ready.

Cancelled 3 online orders today so placed between 4-6 (dinner). They delivered just fine yesterday at the same time, on a weekend. I guess whoever working today just tossed online orders to the wayside and lost the storefront money.

I like this location, had problems with the organizations online order system. The people that takes your order, don't really understand Americans taste in food, so they always get my order wrong, but since I spoke the manager about the issues I was have with online he gave me the direct number to this location, I haven't had a issue since. You Rock!

I ordered 2 pizza's at 605pm it is now 750pm no pizza yet but was only suppose to take 30 or 40 minutes.
