Sent a completely burned cookie to my home along with giving me thin crust pizza when I ordered original. Also put sausage on my pizza when I asked for no sausage and it even says it on the ticket, yet sausage all over. Nothing from this order was edible and I’m highly disappointed as a loyal customer. This takes the cake.

Online tracking is useless, says it’s ready and it’s not, then it moves to Picked up and I’m still here waiting on it, standing here for 10 minutes watching 2 of my items under the warmer.

Do better. Ordered a pizza an hour in advance. 15 min prior to pick up I received a phone call stating they couldn't make dough and then the stupid question of "would you like me to cancel your order? " If you don't have dough what options do I have? Then the even more pathetic statement of you should see a refund within 24-48 hours, have a great day. I'm sure that's typical as i paid with credit card, but I'm glad I'm not hurting for money. You should have at least offered a future coupon for your inconvenience and late phone call.

Ordered large pepperoni and a cheese bread. I used to think Papa John's was king, not anymore. Where's the sauce on the pizza? The cheesebread was cardboard thin and hard. Back to Dominos or Pizza Hut I go!

Ordered for pick up. Pizza was ready. Ordered additional sauces to try like the New Doritos Cool Ranch and some Garlic Parm sauce. Asked the lady at the register when she handed my pizza boxes to me (Pizza, Breadsticks, Cookie), "Are all the sauces in the box", she replied Yes. I should have double checked, when I got home the additional sauces weren't in the box. I called the store and pressed 5 to speak to a manager. She answered the phone and proceed to call me rude and the call disconnected. I tried calling back and they would not answer the phone. Even tried from a different telephone number and they would not answer.

We live a block away and have given this location a few chances. We are done. The lack of friendly customer service has been consistent. The lack of cheese on all of your pizzas is an unnecessary corner to cut in this industry. Each time I order and pay for toppings they are literally plopped onto one spot only. This place is always full of staff.but I'm guessing management just doesn't care. Good luck to you, small changes could make a huge difference here.

Not usually many problems ordering from here but this last time was a bit frustrating.

Driver was friendly, delivery was speedy, but I didn't notice until I got to the table that the freshness seal wasn't properly sealed. Not only this, but one of the slices looked like it might have had pepperoni missing from it. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but the true problem is that when I called the store about it, the girl who picked up seemingly refused to acknowledge that it was a problem at all, instead giving excuses and reasons it may have been unsealed.

Look, reason or no, the fact that it was unsealed is kind of a problem. Soon as I figure out how to post photos from phone I'll add those.

Your employees need to understands They work in customer service. Greeting their customers with a smile is part of the job. Your manger Brooklyn saw us come in and did not greet us, no smile just a mean mug look on her face. She had her headphones in (air pods) walked to the oven to cut a pizza knowing she saw us. Just very rude, especially for a manger.

I ordered 3 pizzas soda and extra sauces for a family night on Papa Johns actual website. One pizza got delivered and a soda. The delivery was actually by doordash and not a Papa John's employee. I stopped them but they told me to call the store.

I paid 59.00 for three pizzas and a coke and only got a third of the order. There are literally 5 other places to order from within 2 miles of our house and won't pay that much.

The store manager Alyssa told us that she could remake the order but we have to come pick it up. So we paid for delivery fee, plus the cost of food delivered is more than it is picked up, and the tip to the driver. Paid the extra money missing two thirds of our order to have to go pick it up ourself. The Manager Alyssa said she couldn't do anything else.

We asked if they were an independent franchise or corporate owned. She advised they were corporate and not a franchise. But of course when I got there, they have a sign in the window showing they are indeed independently owned. So disappointed in the experience and lack of any caring from the employees. How do we know its better ingredients, better pizza if we don't even get the order?
